Puppy Love: The Kiba x Hinata Fanclub

Aww, I feel so newbish in this FC. I need to post more, I'm hardly on NF anymore T.T;


To everyone:
I wanna add a "Why we like Kibahina" section to the front page. Can you guys do me a favor and search through your own posts and find the one that have your reason for liking Kibahina in it?(link it to me please when you found it) I think almost everybody in this FC, at some point, have written their reasons already. I know I wrote some before too. If you don't want to look through your old posts or haven't written one, you can just write a new one. ^^ Thanks in advance, guys.

ps. if anyone doesn't want me to put their reason on the front page, please let me know now.

My reason is going to be similar to others, but it's very true.

Well... I don't like KibaHina. I absoloutley love it :love Maybe it's because I'm drawn to pairings that have the guy who's intrested in the girl. But I just adore this pairing because of how Kiba treats Hinata. He has always been there for her, he knows of her family problems, he wanted to protect her. He was clearly upset when he heard who Hinata was fighting against. He continued to show his worry for her when she began to cough blood. His look was one of alarm and he immediatly tried to help her. We also see his protective side again when an "ANBU" who was Kabuto, began to heal Hinata with a greenish glow on his hand. Kiba was unsure at first but when he saw Hinata's face become more lively, as he said, he was grateful at how good the ANBU's were.

Now, Kiba has certianly noticed Hinata's admiration for Naruto. Why was it that Kiba was the first one to notice? Why couldn't it have been any other person? ;D

Unlike others, he brings it up the most. In Naruto Part 2, there was one panel where Hinata had fainted and Kiba said, in a pretty frustrated tone. "Why do you always faint when Naruto's around?!"

This could be interperted differently to other people. But what I see is some form of jealousy. You know how Kiba is, he's straighforward and wild. Yet, with Hinata he seems to become more gentle.

Kiba's always disliked Naruto from the beginning, although his judgement on the Uzumaki has changed recently. There is still some kind of rivalry between the two. But it's more of friendly rivalry. Not one like Sasuke and Naruto.

And of course, the typical "Guy teases girl about her feelings because he doesn't know what other way to express what he really thinks," is present here, me thinks :D

KibaHina is a sweet pairing, and I really love it. I know it isn't a huge fandom like the others. But I like it that way. Besides, the manga is more focused on Team 7 than any other. That doesn't mean that there aren't small KibaHina hints in the manga ^^

And anyway, Hinata seems to be paying more attention to Kiba, now in the recent chapters. She's even told him about how pwnt he got by Tobi. Which I think is really funny and an improvement in her self confidence and relationship with Kiba. I mean, Hinata before used to be extremly shy. The most she could muster to say was their names in a worried tone. But the fact that she could tell Kiba that made me laugh. It seems to me that she's comfortable around him. When you think about it, that's really saying something for Hinata :)

Why I LOVE KibaHina in my favourite form, rhyming style


To people with sense, they'll all know
That KibaHina is the only way to go.
This couple is by far the best
It obviously beats all the rest.

I love it so because they're so sweet.
So whenever I see them its my version of a treat.
Others have chocolate, I have this pairing.
It's just a way to show that I'm still caring.

Kiba's got looks, attitude too.
He's part of the notorious Team 8 crew.
With Akamaru he battles, throught day or night.
Don't expect him to give up on a fight.

Hinata's so shy, but determined at heart.
I could write a book of her, but not knowing where to start.
She's gentle with her fists but knows how to hit.
After a battle with her you'll most likely feel s***

If kishi doesn't include this amazing pair.
I'll get quite mad and say it's NOT FAIR!
If Kishi decides Hinata and Naruto must be....
I'll get super mad and you just wait and see...

I shouldn't complain cuz for now they are one.

I think they are a plausible pairing and deserve a bit more attention. First off, Kiba obviously cares for Hinata and they are teammates and have been so for years now. I just love the pairing due to the sheer fact that they suit each other, they compliment one another. Also, doesn't the whole, wild dog type guy and the shy Hyuuga thing make you love them even more.
It's one of the sweetest pairings in my opinion. :nod

Here are my reasons for liking KibaHina:

Hinata can bring out the soft and caring side in Kiba.
Kiba can bring out the bold and strong side in Hinata.
To me, the only person that Kiba would show his warm smile to is Hinata.(you know how Kiba always have such goofy/arrogant smiles.:amuse) And the only person that can make Hinata speak(maybe even yell) what's on her mind is Kiba.
Being a complete opposite of one another is not the only element that make them a great pair. The interaction and caring-ness between the two is what had me believe that they are perfect for each other. And that is why I love them so. :love

KibaHina could be canon pretty easily. With Naruhina he's either the dumbass who finally realizes what she's been saying this whole time or the ass who gives up on the high-maintenance SaKuuuuuRAAA! PFFFFTTTT!!

With Kibahina it's far more romantic, a love that's always been there, but is finally realized that its been right next to you the whole time!^^

I think that Shino would have already known about Kiba's feelings for Hinata, without Kiba having said anything. If Shino were to feel depressed about Kiba and Hinata hooking up, I think it would be because they probably wouldn't tell him right away. I have 4 siblings, but only one of them is interested in anime and manga. He used to watch Naruto, but he doesn't do that anymore... His favourite character is Hinata, but he doesn't care for any pairings.
As soon as I watch anime or read manga (or an order arrives) the rest of my family is like, oh, it's that Japanese (they used to say Chinese) stuff again, what a waste of money. :notrust
So the only reason they would bother me, wouldn't be due to KibaHina or whatsoever, but it would be because of anime in general. :zaru

But if you like KibaHina and your sister doesn't, then I would just ignore her and continue with KibaHina-stuff. She probably likes things you don't like as well.

What my parents think about manga/anime? Uhhh, they didn't really mind. And by didn't, I mean I don't really like anime/manga much anymore. I need to save up for college/art supplies, not manga! But I used to beg my mom to take me to Borders to buy manga. I only have like.....26 manga, and like half of them are gifts. lD I have a feeling it's going to stay that amount for quite a while. BUT my parents always mispronounced Naruto. It annoyed me to no end.

Searching For Love

Summary: Do you like me? You ask. She says yes. Everything is fine now
But Somehow things will never be the same. Kiba Confessed His feelings to His Shy Team-mate. But after Getting together. Things inside Team 8 slowly starting to fall apart. And the strong team that once was, is no longer there. Follow Kiba and Hinata
In there path. While they trying to repair the damaged pieces.

One lazy sunny afternoon, in the village of Konoha. We Find one brown haired
Teenaged boy, lazily enjoying his free time. Laying underneath his favourite tree.
A large oak tree, That stood inside Konoha´s forest. Close by the Inuzka´s residence.

Close besides the boy. A very big dog, was sleeping. Enjoying the calm and silent of the
Day. Yes you got it right I am talking about Inuzuka Kiba and Akamaru his faithful
Dog.

After the birth of Kurenai sensei´s baby, Team 8 was been put on hold, with great
Ignorance, of both Kiba, and Shino. While Hinata saw it, as a chance to spend more time
With the baby.

Kiba, Never the type to spend his time in the company of crying baby’s Only visited ones
But his time he spend on the visit was a short one. After spending 10 minutes, he came with a lame excuse saying he had to walk Akamaru. Kurenai had smiled, telling him it was all right. She knew her student, when it came to young children. And the patients that was required of him. It was best to just let him go, But Hinata was not really happy about him leaving. Given him a sad look, She had asked him to stay a little longer. He had chuckled, and after given her a quick peek on the cheek, he had disappeared behind the door, leaving a very flushed Hinata behind.

Sighing, Kiba stood up slowly, and stretched his muscles, a little, before heading back home. Another lazy day past, without any action happening. Of course his sensei was not able to go on missions, right now. He understood it all very clearly, But putting his team on hold, was just not fair.

Now that everything seemed to have calmed down. The akatuski defeated. Which took great pressure and power to do it. Team 7, team 10. and his team 8 together were needed in the end. Luckily the fight had taken place far enough to bring destruction to the village. But after defeating the leader. Both Naruto and Sasuke who had been close enough with his team to help fighting just like old times.

Naruto had been clearly happy to see his best friend helping him. And together they had been the one, who had defeated him in the very end. But Sasuke was not planning of returning back. Saying Konoha held to many memories. He had left leaving his team-mates for all time.

That all happened, a couple of months ago. Both Naruto and Sakura were not speaking ore eating, after having experienced such a horrible war.

Hinata, and Ino, had tried to cheer them up, but it seemed, as if nothing was really helping at all. Even Kiba himself, tried a couple of times, coming up with a few jokes,
But Naruto nether Sakura, were not laughing. Saying they wanted to be left alone.

Hinata, and Ino had given up, after doing there very best, but the lose, of there team-mate, was to great to be put aside, so easily.

Naruto felt as if he had failed in saving his best friend, forever. His spirit all seemed to have disappeared.

Even Tsunade-sama was lost for ideas. In cheering up her student.

But when everything seemed to be lost and Sakura and Naruto were to stay forever sad
Something happened that got the whole village in a up roar. Uchiha Sasuke had returned. Appearing before the gates.

The Hokage remedially send for the ANBU. They had to bring him back swiftly, to the hospital. Later word had been send that Sasuke Uchiha had been fighting with his brother, Uchiha Itachi, And had defeat him in the end. But paying almost his own live in the fight. With his last power he had managed to return back to Konoha.

After hearing the news. Sakura almost did not believe one word what Ino was saying. But after being forced to go with her to the hospital to see for her self. Tears stood in her eyes when she was able to see him. Laying there so hopeless inside his hospital bed. His head and one arm all bandaged up.

Naruto hearted the news from Shikamaru. Almost destroying the hospital door. It took 2 medical-nins to calm him down, before he was able to visit his best friend.
He had been soo very happy to see him. That he grapped Sakura in a big hug, saying now everything was going to be the way it had been, for real this time. Sakura still so very happy really didn’t mind Naruto hugging her now. And hugged him back with all her might. Nodding her head a couple of times.

After a couple of weeks Sasuke was all back to health again. After being put to the council and a meeting with the Hokage. It had been decided that he had to be put under the guards of the ANBU guarding him day and night. He had returned back to his apartment. Only doing missions close to Konoha. When everything was been decided and talked over. Sasuke was welcomed back, and returned to be a Konoha Shinobi.

Kiba Shino, and Hinata, were happy for Sakura and Naruto, Having there team-mate savily back. And soo the daily live of Konoha continued the way it had always done
So It Seemed.

The sun, was all ready setting when Kiba, and Akamaru returned home. Suppressing a yawn, he opened the gates, and stepped inside. Were he was greeted with a lot of dogs.
All licking his hands. And happily barking, in his return.

‘’I am home. He yelled, and dropped his jacket on the floor. Opening the door the living
Room. Walking inside, he took his place, next to his sister. Staring into the distance, for awhile, until the loud voice, of his mother, got him back into reality again.
‘’Ahh you’re back, Kiba. Right on time too’’ Spending another day doing nothing
You lazy dog’’ Why wouldn’t you spend them training. Doing nothing is not solving anything and you know that boy’’ Was her greeting. Before returning back to her dinner again.
‘’Yah, mom, you know the situation all ready. No use in repeating it to you’’

Hana decided to break the tension and asked about his sensei’s baby.
‘’How is the baby doing, Kiba ?’’ He rolled his eyes a little and answered her question
‘’Doing fine, I guess. Haven’t seen Hinata for awhile, to ask her about it why?’’

‘’No, nothing. Just wondering. ‘’Hmm, you know I am not really interesting in baby’s

After dinner, Kiba went to his room. Laying on his bed. The boy thought about what to do, With all this free time he had been given. He had plenty of ideas. One of that was, to travel, to other country’s spending time with other shinobi’s just like him
Learning new techniques. But knowing his Hokage. She probably was not really keen in him leaving. To other villages to for those reasons only.

Sitting back up again, Kiba decided to ask Hinata to go out for a night stroll. Knowing how much she loved those. Thinking she must be at home by now. He got up from his bed and called his dog. ‘’Heey akamaru, lets go see, If Hinata has some free time to spend with us, what do you say?’’ A loud bark was the boy’s firm replay, and made him chuckle. Opening his door. They both ran down the stairs, in a swift pace.

Grapping his jacket, on his way out, Kiba runs outside, with after him a barking Akamaru.

It being summer, always made Kiba into having a good mood. Especially, when he was about to spend some alone time together, with his shy team-mate Hinata. ‘’Yes Inuzuka Kiba was having a really big crush, on the clueless Hyuga heir. But he was just way to proud to admit it to anyone.

Not knowing that his sensei, and his team-mate Shino already were quiet aware. Of the fact. Of him liking his team-mate more than a friend.
Kurenai found it cute. And In couraged him even in confessing, but doing it In a more subtle way. While Shino was not really doing anything, but waiting patiently for the boy to finally tell her his feelings.


Kiba, riding his dog, ran through the silent streets. It being night. Always made the streets to turn silent, once the sun had gone down. He was on his way, towards the Hyuga Residence, with a smile on his face. Kiba Arrived at the gates. Getting of his dog. He walked towards the gates. After opening them. He knocked a couple of times, and not before long it was Neji, who welcomed him at the door. Staring at him for a couple of minutes Neji asked what he was doing here at this hour. ‘’Inuzuka Kiba, I resume. You ask for Hinata-sama to come am I right?’’ ‘’Hi Neji. He greeted him. ‘’Yes that’s right, I wanting her to ask, if she was able to take a walk with me and Akamaru’’

‘’I see, a moment please, I ask her right away’’ Kiba only nodded and patted his dog’s head softly. While waiting staring into the distance.

Hinata, was inside her room, busy brushing her hair, when a knock on the door, made her let it fall out of her hands. ‘’Hinata-sama Inuzuka-san is here to see you. Menacing something about going out for a walk, are you up for that?’’

‘’One moment please, Neji-nii-san’’ ‘’Of course was his replay back. Standing still before the door, Neji waited. Kiba is probally bored again. Were Hinata’s thoughts. And they made her giggle softly. Hmm what shall I put on for my walk tonight?’’ ahh yes I bet Kiba, never saw me dressed in my dark blue long sleeved dress. After decided what she was going to were, she quickly dressed herself, and told Neji she was all ready.

‘’I am all ready Neji-nii-san’’ The girl stepped outside her room, while her long dark purple hair, swapped behind her.

‘’Of course, I love to go on walks, together with Kiba-kun, you know that Neji-nii-san’’
Hinata giggled, and made her way towards the front door, to were Kiba was still waiting.

When both team-mates met, at the door. Kiba was too awstrucked. By the sight of seeing Hinata wearing such a beautiful dress. That he was unable to respond to her question. ‘’Kiba-kun, are you all right?’’ she gave him a concerned look. And wondered why he was looking at her in such a weird way.

Wishing she had not noticed his stares. ‘’Hinata-chan, you look really pretty tonight, I like your dress’’ Stepping forwards he slowly took her hands in his, what made her to blush faintly. ‘’Thank you Kiba-kun’’ was her soft replay back.

‘’Yosh, Lets go’’ He cheerfully said. And helped her getting on Akamaru’s back in no time. Getting up after her he gently holds his hands by her waist, holding her close. ‘’Ok Akamaru, run buddy’’ The dog swiftly starts to run. On his way towards the forest. While barking loudly.

“I’ll be gone for a few weeks.”

Hinata blinked and nodded. “Y-yes...otou-sama.”

“I have hired an experience ANBU to protect you, as well as Hanabi and Neji. As the heiress of the Hyuuga clan, we need you to be absolutely safe...because people will be trying to kill you and Hanabi. Just be on. Your. Toes.” Hinata gulped and nodded, wondering vaguely who the ANBU would be that would protect her.

“I’m going to introduce you to the agent who has been hired to protect the house while I am away.” Hiashi said, his voice solemn as usual. “You may come in now.” Hinata turned her neck in an uncomfortable position to watch the door knob twirl as her protector entered the room. What walked in on her and her father shocked her more than anything had in quite a while.

Former teammate, Inuzuka Kiba, walked into the room. His ANBU mask rested on the side of his head, and had obviously just been awkwardly placed there, causing his brown hair to fly everywhere. However, Kiba looked bored, as if nothing interested him.

“Kiba-kun ” Hinata squeaked, staring in awe at the Inuzuka clan boy. He grinned at her, waving quickly.

“Oi, hey Hinata I’ll be your caretaker for the next few weeks ” He continued to grin at her goofily, and Hinata smiled. What a relief, she though. She hadn’t seen Kiba in three years, ever since he had chosen to join ANBU and she had been given more responsibility as heiress of the Hyuuga clan. She never had realized how much she missed him until just now. Akamaru stood behind him, sniffing quietly - getting used to the smell of the Hyuuga household, she guessed.

Hiashi stood up, trying to keep his expression calm, but his teeth were bared. “You shall kindly call my daughter Hinata-sama from now on, Inuzuka-san.” Hiashi explained, putting emphasis on the suffix “-sama”. “You are her guardian, now, not her friend, not her lover, your only relationship with her is to take care of her. Protect – my – daughter. That’s what I’m paying you for. Nothing more, and nothing less. Don’t cause her misery and don’t give her happiness either. Simply protect her.”

Hinata was shocked again. The expression on Kiba’s face didn’t match his usually laid back personality. He looked stern and prepared, not at all effected by Hiashi’s scoldings.

“Yes, sir ” There was a clear essence of a bark in his voice and Akamaru barked his own understanding after Kiba. Hinata smiled gently, thinking about how much he had improved and how he had truly grown up. The two of them were nineteen now...and Hinata didn’t have to listen to her father’s orders. Still smiling, she thought of how pleasant the days with Kiba-kun would be. She closed her eyes, happiness flooding her mind and heart.

Day One - Hyuuga District - Main House - Hinata’s Room

A knock on her door woke Hinata from a dreamless sleep. Sighing, she sat up in her nightgown, yawning, and then calling, “I’m up, I’m up.” Neji’s voice responded quickly and strictly, as usual.

“Good. Breakfast is ready and Inuzuka-san is waiting with his mutt - I mean, Akamaru - to server you.” Hinata giggled as she imagined the scowl on her cousin’s face. He had always disliked Kiba and his loud mouth attitude - the fact that he owned a dog didn’t help. And Kiba had always disliked Neji and his harsh, sometimes cruel attitude as well.

“Let him know I’ll be done in a minute, you would?”

“Hn.” Hinata listened to Neji trudge down the stairs, before picking out an outfit to where. She chose a simple black shirt and a mesh undershirt, plus a pair of dark blue pants. She stared at herself in the mirror for a moment, feeling just a bit self conscious. The events of recent were indeed strange. The fact that Kiba-kun was actually living in her house caused her to smile.

Feeling good about herself again, she skipped happily down the stairs, a small smile still on her lips. Kiba was standing at the stove, keeping the pancakes warm carefully. He was talking to Hanabi in a pleasant tone, and as soon as he saw Hinata, he grinned even wider. The warm hearted grin caused Hinata’s smile to widen even further. She honestly couldn’t remember the last time she had felt so happy. Yet – the reason he was there wasn’t exactly something to celebrate.

“Oi! G’morning, Hinata...-sama.” he added with a dog-like laugh, smirking a bit. Hinata giggled shortly, causing both her sister and cousin to roll their eyes, looking embarrassed. “’Ere’s your breakfast.” Kiba put on her plate a helping of two medium sized pancakes, two sausages, two scrambled eggs, and a large glass of orange juice. Hinata dived into the meal at once. She never imagined Kiba to be a cook – but as she gulped up her first piece of pancake, she realized he was a great one.

After Hinata finished, she looked at Kiba, watching him quietly for a moment. She closed her eyes, considering whether or not she should risk asking him. She remember her father’s words clearly in her mind, but it was so difficult yo obey annoying, strict rules. She had always hated the rules he set on her, and the Main House, so she guessed she was lucky that Neji was even allowed to sleep in a room in the same hallway as hers. Sighing under her breath, she chose to ask Kiba despite the rough rules.

“Would you like to go for a walk with me in the main garden after breakfast, Kiba-kun? I’ve wanted to take a walk for a while, but I’m had no one to go with...” She drifted off, almost shivering at the lameness of her excuse. She glanced at Akamaru as she finished, who was lying peacefully on the floor about a foot away. “Akamaru should come as well. I think he’d enjoy it out there. “I’ll be gone for a few weeks.”

Hinata blinked and nodded. “Y-yes...otou-sama.”

“I have hired an experience ANBU to protect you, as well as Hanabi and Neji. As the heiress of the Hyuuga clan, we need you to be absolutely safe...because people will be trying to kill you and Hanabi. Just be on. Your. Toes.” Hinata gulped and nodded, wondering vaguely who the ANBU would be that would protect her.

“I’m going to introduce you to the agent who has been hired to protect the house while I am away.” Hiashi said, his voice solemn as usual. “You may come in now.” Hinata turned her neck in an uncomfortable position to watch the door knob twirl as her protector entered the room. What walked in on her and her father shocked her more than anything had in quite a while.

Former teammate, Inuzuka Kiba, walked into the room. His ANBU mask rested on the side of his head, and had obviously just been awkwardly placed there, causing his brown hair to fly everywhere. However, Kiba looked bored, as if nothing interested him.

“Kiba-kun ” Hinata squeaked, staring in awe at the Inuzuka clan boy. He grinned at her, waving quickly.

“Oi, hey Hinata I’ll be your caretaker for the next few weeks ” He continued to grin at her goofily, and Hinata smiled. What a relief, she though. She hadn’t seen Kiba in three years, ever since he had chosen to join ANBU and she had been given more responsibility as heiress of the Hyuuga clan. She never had realized how much she missed him until just now. Akamaru stood behind him, sniffing quietly - getting used to the smell of the Hyuuga household, she guessed.

Hiashi stood up, trying to keep his expression calm, but his teeth were bared. “You shall kindly call my daughter Hinata-sama from now on, Inuzuka-san.” Hiashi explained, putting emphasis on the suffix “-sama”. “You are her guardian, now, not her friend, not her lover, your only relationship with her is to take care of her. Protect – my – daughter. That’s what I’m paying you for. Nothing more, and nothing less. Don’t cause her misery and don’t give her happiness either. Simply protect her.”

Hinata was shocked again. The expression on Kiba’s face didn’t match his usually laid back personality. He looked stern and prepared, not at all effected by Hiashi’s scoldings.

“Yes, sir ” There was a clear essence of a bark in his voice and Akamaru barked his own understanding after Kiba. Hinata smiled gently, thinking about how much he had improved and how he had truly grown up. The two of them were nineteen now...and Hinata didn’t have to listen to her father’s orders. Still smiling, she thought of how pleasant the days with Kiba-kun would be. She closed her eyes, happiness flooding her mind and heart.

Day One - Hyuuga District - Main House - Hinata’s Room

“Let him know I’ll be done in a minute, you would?”

“Hn.” Hinata listened to Neji trudge down the stairs, before picking out an outfit to where. She chose a simple black shirt and a mesh undershirt, plus a pair of dark blue pants. She stared at herself in the mirror for a moment, feeling just a bit self conscious. The events of recent were indeed strange. The fact that Kiba-kun was actually living in her house caused her to smile.

Feeling good about herself again, she skipped happily down the stairs, a small smile still on her lips. Kiba was standing at the stove, keeping the pancakes warm carefully. He was talking to Hanabi in a pleasant tone, and as soon as he saw Hinata, he grinned even wider. The warm hearted grin caused Hinata’s smile to widen even further. She honestly couldn’t remember the last time she had felt so happy. Yet – the reason he was there wasn’t exactly something to celebrate.

“Oi! G’morning, Hinata...-sama.” he added with a dog-like laugh, smirking a bit. Hinata giggled shortly, causing both her sister and cousin to roll their eyes, looking embarrassed. “’Ere’s your breakfast.” Kiba put on her plate a helping of two medium sized pancakes, two sausages, two scrambled eggs, and a large glass of orange juice. Hinata dived into the meal at once. She never imagined Kiba to be a cook – but as she gulped up her first piece of pancake, she realized he was a great one.

After Hinata finished, she looked at Kiba, watching him quietly for a moment. She closed her eyes, considering whether or not she should risk asking him. She remember her father’s words clearly in her mind, but it was so difficult yo obey annoying, strict rules. She had always hated the rules he set on her, and the Main House, so she guessed she was lucky that Neji was even allowed to sleep in a room in the same hallway as hers. Sighing under her breath, she chose to ask Kiba despite the rough rules.

“Would you like to go for a walk with me in the main garden after breakfast, Kiba-kun? I’ve wanted to take a walk for a while, but I’m had no one to go with...” She drifted off, almost shivering at the lameness of her excuse. She glanced at Akamaru as she finished, who was lying peacefully on the floor about a foot away. “Akamaru should come as well. I think he’d enjoy it out there. I love it!! :wtf It's great how you kept them "in-character" but also showed some growth in their attitude. ^^ I saw some misspelling here and there but that can be easily fixed later.

It was almost completely dark, when Kiba, together with Hinata, arrived at the forest.
Akamaru whined a little, But Kiba paid no attention at all. Only paying attention to his fragile team-mate. Gently helping her off the dog’s back. Taking her hand. They began there walk together, into the forest, with a whinnying Akamaru behind them. Never the one to be left behind the dog quickly got up to his master. Hand in hand, both team-mates slowly made there way through the thick woods, which was surrounded by different kinds of trees.
While A barking Akamaru ran passed them. Who really seemed to be totally happy. Really enjoying the time he was spending inside the forest.

Both Kiba nor Hinata was really in the mood to start a conversation. Hinata was thinking about the event that had happened not so long ago. It still made her wonder why Kiba had looked at her in that way. But before she was getting lost inside her thoughts even more, It was Kiba who broke the silence, saying her name very slowly.

‘’Hinata, I am sorry, for staring at you like that. It was never my attention for making you feel uncomfortable, when you are with me. But the true is, when you came before me tonight, your beauty really got me captured. And I could not help my self but to stare at you.
I wish you can forgive me my silly mistake.

Suddenly he stopped walking standing still and graphed her right hand. Making her to face him, at close. ‘’Hinata, he began. Though one thing I notice about your fic writing is that you often make Kiba sound "too polite" I would imagine Kiba to talk to Hinata in a more casual tone. I mean I just don't see him using fancy words/phases when he talks to someone he knows well like Hinata.
But that might just be me being picky again... :zaru

With got her out of her shocked stance.

‘’Kiba, do you really mean it?’ forgive me but it doesn’t sound real at all. You liking a soft and shy timed useless girl like me. That cant be real. I must be dreaming. Please tell me I am dreaming, right’’ Stepping even closer, Kiba with a serious look upon his always cheerful face, shook his head slowly. Hinata-chan how many times, do I need to tell you, how valuable you are to me. Kissing her softly on her fore head. ‘’Silly girl. In my life I have never met such a girl like you, who captured this heart of mine, without even noticing. You really kept the team together. With your caring nature, always trying to prevent Shino and me from fighting. And now that we are unable to go on missions, you take care of Kurenai-sensei. And her baby. Hinata I think you need to realise how precious you are to all of us, especially to me’’

You make me want to jump high in the air and fly away. Really, you make my day turn into one of the best days In my live. Knowing I now have you by my side. ‘’But one thing kept me thinking. Hinata what about your crush for Naruto? Is it all gone.

I have noticed you never said anything about him. A sad expression appeared on Hinata’s dedicated face. “Well Kiba-kun. You don’t need to be worried about that anymore. Because I have closed that book awhile ago. And Its all because of you’’ Kiba gave her a puzzled look. Me?’’ Nodding she continued.

‘’Yes Kiba you got me to stop crushing over Naruto. All together.

Remember that mission awhile ago. When you were badly hurt, Me and Akamaru had to carry you back home. Well that moment, when you told me everything was going to be all right when it was you who got me safely back home. That moment you told me. It got me to have start getting feelings for you. And before I knew it, Naruto was all gone from my thoughts, just like that. I still cant believe how quickly you got me to stop thinking about him all together.

Not before long, the dog ran into the Hyuga residence, and when Kiba scoped the girl into his strong arms. He seated himself on the ground. Waiting patiently for his master to return back.

‘’All right, Hinata, lets get you in bed’’ Blushing horribly. She nodded. Hoping that Neji, neither her father was seeing her this way. The Inuzuka boy. Opened the doors, and steps inside. Where he released the hold, of her body, letting her stand on her own two feet again.
They both stood still, inside the hall way. Kiba staring into her eyes, and before he was about to leaf, he kissed her once more on her lips. ‘’Goodnight, my sweet, Hyuga-hime I will see you really soon. ‘’Goodnight, Kiba-kun. She softly said. After breaking apart from there kiss.

‘’Kiba-kun, I really need to go now, ore else, father will be worried.
‘’All right, I will take my leaf than. With a smile and a wave. He disappeared behind the door, leaving a very flushed, but happy Hinata behind.

Back outside, Kiba unable to keep his happiness hidden any longer, yelled it out very loudly.
‘’Yahoo, Finally, I got my girl, Naruto, Is out of the picture for good, Who would have guessed that she would chose me in the end.
‘’Can you believe it, Akamaru?’’ The dog barked happily. And licks his hands a couple of times.

‘’Lets go back now. I bet Nee-chan would not believe me, when I tell them the news. Man I cant almost believe it, Hyuga Hinata, My girlfriend, Wow’’
Jumping on his dog’s back, together they run back home, feeling extremely happy.

Meanwhile, Hinata had returned back to her room. After explaining to her father, were she had been, He had given her a disapproving look, but didn’t say anything after that.

Standing before her bathroom window, the girl gazed at the sparkling stars, Thinking about her loving boyfriend, Kiba, Feeling ,so lucky, To share there love. And to be his girlfriend. No longer hoping, and wishing upon a star. Everything was all fine now.
And now that she was almost 18, the rules, her father made her follow, were no longer legal. Soon she could be together with Kiba, spending every last minute in his company.
That night Hyuga Hinata fell asleep, While dreaming, about her lovely Inuzuka boy, Her Kiba-kun.

Ok, so I beta-read the first chapter of the group fic...It was msotly just grammatical stuff and a few inserts here and there to make the transitions a little easier.

Beta-read chapter one of "_________________":

“I’ll be gone for a few weeks.”

Hinata blinked and nodded, “Y-yes...otou-sama.”

“I have hired an experienced ANBU to protect you, as well as Hanabi and Neji. As the heiress of the Hyuuga clan, we need you to be absolutely safe...due to obvious reasons, your safety is the clan’s top priority.”

Hinata nodded again, wondering vaguely who the ANBU would be that would protect her.

“I’m going to introduce you to the agent who has been hired to protect the house while I am away,” Hiashi said, his voice solemn as usual. From his position at the head of the table, he looked more like a king than a father, and Hinata felt more like a nervous servant than an heiress. “You may come in now.”

Hinata turned her neck in an uncomfortable position to watch the door knob twirl as her protector entered the room. What walked in on her and her father shocked her more than anything had in quite a while; Hinata was sure that, has she been holding something, she surely would have dropped it.

Former teammate, Inuzuka Kiba, walked into the room. His ANBU mask rested on the side of his head, and had obviously just been awkwardly placed there, causing his tousled brown hair to fly everywhere. His eyes glanced over the ornate paper walls of the Hyuuga estate, however, Kiba looked bored, as if nothing interested him.

He seemed much taller than the last time she had seen him, standing at least a whole head taller than her. His muscles, slightly more toned than his Chuunin days, were evident under his black t-shirt. As his eyes fell upon Hinata, they widened for a millisecond before they returned to the rest of his face’s nonchalant expression.

“Kiba-kun,” Hinata squeaked, staring in awe at the Inuzuka clan boy. Dropping his uncaring attitude, he grinned at her, waving quickly.

“Oi, hey Hinata! I’ll be your caretaker for the next few weeks.” He continued to grin at her goofily, and Hinata smiled.

What a relief, she thought. She hadn’t seen Kiba in three years, ever since he had chosen to join ANBU and she had been given more responsibility as heiress of the Hyuuga clan. She never had realized how much she missed him until just now.

She heard padded footsteps against the wooden floor. Akamaru came behind him, sniffing quietly - getting used to the smell of the Hyuuga household, she guessed.

Hiashi stood up, trying to keep his expression calm, but his teeth were bared. “You shall kindly call my daughter Hinata-sama from now on, Inuzuka-san,” He explained, putting emphasis on the suffix “-sama”.

“You are her guardian, now, not her friend, not her lover, your only relationship with her is to take care of her. Protect – my – daughter. That’s what I’m paying you for. Nothing more, and nothing less. Don’t cause her misery and don’t give her happiness either. Simply protect her.”

Looking flushed, Hinata was shocked again. Though, the expression on Kiba’s face didn’t match his usually laid back personality. He looked stern and prepared, not at all affected by Hiashi’s scolding.

“Yes, sir,” There was a clear essence of a bark in his voice and Akamaru barked his own understanding after Kiba. Hinata smiled gently, thinking about how much he had improved and how he had truly grown up. The two of them were nineteen now...and Hinata was rather impressed with how he had taken a firmer grip on responsibility. Still smiling, she thought of how pleasant the days with Kiba-kun would be. She closed her eyes, a small wave of happiness flooding her mind and heart.

()(Day One - Hyuuga District - Main House - Hinata’s Room)()

A knock on her door woke Hinata from a dreamless sleep. Sighing, she sat up in her nightgown, yawning, and then calling, “I’m up, I’m up.”
Neji’s voice responded quickly and strictly, as usual.

“Good. Breakfast is ready and Inuzuka-san is waiting with his dog - Akamaru - to serve you.”

Hinata giggled as she imagined the scowl on her cousin’s face. He had always disliked Kiba and his loud mouth attitude - the fact that he owned a dog that Kiba made sure was addressed by his proper name, didn’t help. Kiba didn’t exactly put up a friendly front either: he had always disliked Neji and his harsh, sometimes cruel attitude as well.

“Let him know I’ll be done in a minute, would you?”

“Hn.” Hinata listened to Neji trudge down the stairs, before picking out an outfit to where. She chose a simple black shirt and a mesh undershirt, plus a pair of dark blue pants. She stared at herself in the mirror for a moment, feeling just a bit self conscious. Though there was a strange feeling in the pit of her stomach—which she had yet to identify as good or bad—the fact that Kiba-kun was actually living in her house caused her to smile.

Feeling good about herself again, she practically skipped down the stairs, a small smile still on her lips and barely noticing the delicious smells seemingly emanating from the kitchen.

As she approached the kitchen entrance, a rather unorthodox, for lack of better words, sight met her eyes.

Kiba was standing at the stove, keeping the pancakes warm. He was talking to Hanabi in a pleasant tone, and as soon as he saw Hinata, a large grin graced the features of his well-defined face. The warm hearted grin caused Hinata’s smile to widen even further. She honestly couldn’t remember the last time she had felt so happy, having been out of the Hyuuga estate very briefly over the past few months.

Though she wasn’t aware that he had to prepare meals for her as well, she gratefully entered the kitchen.

“Oi! G’morning, Hinata...-sama,” he added with a dog-like laugh, smirking a bit. Hinata giggled shortly, causing both her sister and cousin to cringe their eyes, looking embarrassed.

“’Ere’s your breakfast.” Kiba put on her plate a helping of two medium sized pancakes, two sausages, two scrambled eggs, and a large glass of orange juice. She never imagined Kiba to be a cook (she tried to decide whether or not he was a good one as she mulled over her first bite) – but as she gulped up her first piece of pancake, she realized his skills went way past ninjutsu.

These thoughts brought her back to her genin days, wandering with Kiba-kun, Shino-kun and Kurenai-sensei through the forests, completing little missions, mostly just enjoying their surroundings. She kept herself occupied with said thoughts as she ate her breakfast.

After Hinata finished, she looked at Kiba, watching him quietly for a moment. She closed her eyes, considering whether or not she should risk asking him.

She remembered her father’s words clearly in her mind, but it was so difficult to obey these annoying, strict rules. She had always hated the rules he set on her, and the Main House; she was still surprised that Neji was even allowed to sleep in a room in the same hallway as hers. Sighing under her breath, she chose to ask Kiba despite the rough rules.

Twiddling her thumbs underneath the table, she cleared her throat, alerting Kiba, who was leaning against the counter, most likely awaiting an order from one of the Hyuugas.

“Would you like to go for a walk with me in the main garden after breakfast, Kiba-kun? …I’ve wanted to take a walk for a while, but I’m had no one to go with...” She drifted off, almost shivering at the lameness of her excuse. She glanced at Akamaru as she finished, who was lying peacefully on the floor about a foot away. “Akamaru should come as well. I think he’d enjoy it out there. It’s a very nice morning.”

As nervous as she was, somehow, Hinata felt she couldn’t worry – she just couldn’t imagine being attacked on such a fine day, despite her father’s ever-constant instructions to always remain cautious. She felt safe - was it Kiba-kun? Or was there something else that was effecting her?

“That sounds great!” Kiba responded immediately as he stood up.

Neji felt the sudden enthusiasm in Kiba’s voice and turned to look at the Inuzuka boy in a very somber, direct motion.

Feeling the glare he was receiving from Neji, Kiba calmed down.

“Of course, you need a guard for such things, and I need to do my job, plus Akamaru could use the exercise.” He nodded, trying to make himself sound wise, though Neji was obviously not giving into it.

It seemed as though Neji were about to say something—most likely in protest over Hinata leaving the grounds of the protected Hyuuga household—though Hinata ended up inadvertently cutting him off.

“When shall we go?” Hinata asked, feeling her heart skip a beat in the excitement of leaving the estate.

“Well, I’m ready. C’mon, Akamaru, we’re going for a walk.”

She just couldn’t wipe the smile off her face. Neji’s angry expression, Hanabi’s bored eye-rolls - they couldn’t affect her mood at all.
