I toyed with the idea of coloring it, but at the time it just seemed like way too much work, and then I'd have to go over all the lineart, so it just seemed like a pain. There's a new pic I'm going to start that I'm definitely going to color no matter how it kills me. It's going to be of Naruto's induction as Hokage with Gaara at his side, it's gonna be awesome, at least I hope so, I still need to draw it. :amuse

hello fellow gaara fans :amuse the contest judging is almost finished, we are on the last round of judging (in fact I just now turned in my vote in the last round, lol) the judging has had to take a different route than the one planned due to the fact that we recieved fewer entries than we had anticipated. That rendered the old judging plan impractical, so we went with a very simple approach instead. there were 17 entries, and the 4 of us each voted on the top 6. Then, for round 2 we voted to eliminate three of the remaining 6. Finally, for the last round, we simply voted for our favorite. As soon as helen gets back on and all of the votes are turned in official notification will be posted. Thanks to everyone who participated ^^

I don't recall exactly who said my angel Gaara pic would look good colored, but I decided to do another one to photoshop around 1am last night, I just gotta ink it in, it's probably the sexiest gaara I've ever drawn in the months I've spent mastering his character. That's just my opinion of course. Can't wait to see the new chapter this week! How will they get inside?
