Looks like fanart to me. And besides it hasn't even been foreshadowed that she will become one or not. She's just a spiritually aware human like Karin, Yuzu, and Keigo at least for now.

It looks like fanart to me (since the style is a bit different and the coloring doesn't look the same as how he does it), but if Kubo did it then it could simply be that Tatsuki and Hinamori had some sort of design fusion at the start.

It's so inevitable. Given the fact that spiritual powers arise after a person is exposed to excess spirit pressure in the Bleach universe, everyone in that damn town should have powers by now.

Besides, it's not that big of a stretch if Tatsuki is upgraded to shinigami status given 1.) Her past connection to Ichigo and 2.) The amount of foreshadowing she recently got. She'd only be the first human since Ichigo to turn into a shinigami too.

i dont think its gonna happens, what would be the point, because its not like she would introduce anything new to the group - you already have ichigo as shingami, chad as some werid guy with hollow like powers, ishida - the quincy, orhime - her own style of powers
even if she became a shingami she would just be in the way

Well as has been said it's fanart but I think it's very well done for fanart. I seriousley doubt she'll become a VC or that she'll look like that when she becomes a shinigami. I see Tatsuki living out her life, dieing and then discovering she has enough spirit power to become a shinigami and going through the training process. As such she'll look much older when she becomes a shinigami. She is pretty physical and I can see her being a Soifon/Yoruichi type fighter which is captured in her choice of footwear and accessability of her sword.
