So now that we know who the true culprit is. How long do you think it would have taken Conan to figure it out without being butchered? Coudl he have done it sooner than Rika?
He'd pretty much die in episode 1

I remember Leon once said it in the original thread. Conan would probably die a few days after stepping into Hinamizawa. :lmao
Just take the "resets" in Hinamizawa for starters. How long will Conan figure it out considering that, just like Ooishi, he doesn't recall past worlds? Although it's hard to tell if he can tell EVERYTHING in just one world. There's lot of stuff involved in this case that it needed "resets" for everything to make sense.
Now, what would be the case if L takes this case? Miyo should be ready with her swimming lessons. :P
If L was involved, Hinamizawa would definitely have a cake shortage

If Conan were Ooishi, he'd not have been able to stop the Hinamizawa massacre, but would have deduced who was the culprit after the autopsy, and then Onikakushi'd mysteriously.:evil
L though is beyond predictable.

I so agree. Conan would probably deduce that Miyo is Rika's murderer, but he will definitely "transfer away". :kukuku
The Angel Mort will go bankrupt with L's presence as he will use that as headquarters. :lmao

I think L could probably deduce it was Miyo much sooner than Conan.

but yeah I'm guessing the angel mort would either get really rich or go out of business since L would be there 24/7
Still I would think it would take one world for Conan to figure everything out, but he wouldn't have the proof to catch her.

Conan would immediately suspect Takano was behind it when she goes missing and her body died 24 hours before she disappeared. He would learn this information from talking with Ooishi. He would prod him by pretending to be innocent and curious.
He would then go to the clinic since Takano was a nurse and spent most of her time there. He'd pretend to be getting a check up. When Irie is distracted he'd snoop around and figure out the clinic is more than meets the eye. Conan would take too long snooping and be discovered. When asked what he's doing, he'd reply with he was looking for the bathroom. Since he's just a little kid no one would question it.
His gut tells him it's Takano but he has no idea where she is and how he can prove it. He also feels the strange clinic is connected to everything since Takano spent most of her time there.
He would then ask around town about Oyashiro-sama to try and learn more about it. Conan wouldn't buy into stories like demons emerging from the swamp. Eventually he'd discover that Rika is the priestess of Oyashiro-sama and is said to be its reincarnation.
He confronts Rika about everything but Rika plays dumb with her cute side. He tells her that he thinks Takano is behind since her body was found dead before she actually is. This sparks Rika's interest and she switches to dark mode, now taking what he says seriously. He tells her about the strange clinic and Rika tells him the truth behind it. After hearing everything Conan has to say Rika feels Takano is behind it. He asks where she thinks she is. Rika tells him about the Yamainu and she's probably with them. She also warns him not to get involved because fate has already been decided and everyone will be killed. Conan yells at her that and swears he'll stop Takano.
He would then asks who Rika really is. She's far too intelligent to be a mere child and her voice changed, becoming more deeper. She says the same to him. His intelligence is not of a little boy. They share secrets and learn what happened to each other. Both of them have a hard time believing it, especially Conan.

and yet that could be a huge possibility in a crossover like that.
