It's ok, but the colors don't really match that well, and it lacks a flow. the bg.. well.. is it more than a gradient-looking thing?? I can see fragments of brushing, but it's nothing particular.. Try to work on bg's, and please, be innovative, flashy bg's and animé stocks have been seen before.. PLEASE! xD

The blending is bad, the dual stock ruins the focus, and the background is not that eye catching. Lighting is bad.

Hmm those two don't really fit together for a sig they are like opposites and plus you never see them talking or even met one another lol. Though the bg is a little plain and it also looks like you erase some parts off the render which is not that pleasant looking and the scan lines look bad.
