Kakashi can't sense Ichigo because he is a Shinigami so I'd say its an easy win for Ichigo.

Kakashi copies ichigo's ban kai, plus whoever else's he happens to see as he runs around ss, kills ichi w/ relative ease and then takes out aizen and everyone worships him and he becomes the 1st squad captain and leader of the gotei 13. If you don't like that, he does have the very liquid white fang to use as a zanpakatou and if you assume (and I will) that he can use ban kai or even shikai with it that is one bad mofo, because even unreleased it seems to move at his will like some sort of energy whip. Kakashi for the win. ^^(I know he can't I'm just saying for the sake of argument)

Ahh my bad, hmm I think I will still vote for Ichigo but the fight will be a lot closer. Kakashi's Sharingan won't be of much use as Ichigo only attacks with his sword mainly, other than that I don't see how Kakashi can beat him without a weapon of some sort.

If they can see each other, it doesn't mean Kakashi can use his sharingan. Ichigo is a spirit, and I don't think tracking shinigami *death gods, for all you idiots who read the dubby vers.* Besides, Ichigo is hellishly faster than Kakashi, who wouldn't even touch Byakuya, who was faster than Ichigo before his special training with Kisuke the badass ripper offer, let alone Ichigo after the insane superpower unlocking thing.

Chakra vs. death god powers,,,, not much of a fight there. 10/10 times its Ichigo. To dumb to make a plan, to fast to care.

That would be close.....Ichigo has spirit power, which cant be copied, but Kakashi has the Sharingan, and would still read his movements. and he has techniques

First edit: kakashi i say, hed use jutsu on ichigo and take him down that way. I mean, Ichigo would just be hitting logs left and right and getting tired, while kakashi hid and laughed

Second edit: Kakashi would then come out when hes tired and kick his ass
