30% Kisame vs Zabuza

Zabuza in a sword fight way betters swordesmen but seeing that there would be no reason for em to fight there is no reason for this thread but if it was overall fighting chakra and evrything i would have to say Neither cause even if Kisame like takes away all Zabuzas Chakra then Zabuza is a very skilled swordsemen (better than KIsame) so neither would win in this fight. I personally think Kakshi would own both of em which is pretty obvious but oh well

I'd think Kisame even at 30% percent would take this. Kisame was holding his own against Team Gai post-skip, while Zabuza was having trouble with just Kakashi.

Even at 30% Kisame has way more chakra than Zabuza. It only took Kakashi to defeat Zabuza, but it took one of Konoha's best teams to stop a 30% Kisame clone.

Zabuza takes this, Shoten Kisame is being over-rated. Kirigakura would disable Kisame's ability to deal with someone who knows or has an understanding for his technique. And if he tries to use Mizu Bunshins, Zabuza would counter with his own.

PnJ saved Kakashi from being one of the first character deaths in the series, and even with that it was a close battle. Had Kakashi died in the water prison (as he should have), everyone would think Zabuza was god.

Unlike team Gai, Zabuza will have total knowledge of Kisame and vice versa. I think Zabuza's fighting style is very hard to counteract but I think Kisame would be able to if he was at 100%. However at 30%, I don't see Zabuza getting caught by anything that 30% Kisame showed against team Gai.

Firstly, Zabuza would be using suiton jutsu too so Kisame giving him a lake to play with like he spewed out against team Gai would also help Zabuza as well as himself. Secondly, Zabuza is capable of matching mizu bunshins with him unlike team Gai who had no one capable of any type of physical bunshin like mizu or kage. Thirdly, Zabuza, unlike team Gai, won't get involved in a taijutsu battle as it's not really his fighting style but he's good enough taijutsu-wise not to get annihilated straight away if 30% Kisame did manage to get close.

It would be hard for Zabuza to escape Kisame's 5 man eating sharks jutsu but seen as Zabuza would need to be underwater for Kisame to use it, if Zabuza doesn't engage in close combat like Gai it removes the risk of that happening.

Now, 100% Kisame obviously must have enormous landscape changing jutsu for Itachi to say not to overdo it when facing Kakashi because his jutsu stand out too much. If Kisame was at 100% I'd fancy him to overwhelm Zabuza through sheer power but with the techniques he showed at 30%, I think Zabuza is more likely to win due to his fighting style. Kisame would know all about his fighting style as well but it's really hard to counteract and I didn't see anything that 30% Kisame did that would allow him to easy do it.

Kisame also comes from the Mist village, so why wouldn't he know how to counter it if he's way more skilled with those suiton jutsus than Zabu. Just curious...
