The Uchiha clan seems full of formidable Jounin (they were murdered in their sleep) and have a h4x doujutsu, so I doubt they would lose.

However, a Kidomaro trap plus weapons and Naruto KBs flying everywhere plus the abilities of the 12 might give them an advantage.

I dont think a handfull of kids and some mutants can really take care of a whole clan full of Jounin's. I mean sure some Uchiha might get caught in cross fire but overall the kids and sound 5 are all but out numbered and out gunned.

-I imagine Kimimaro would take out quite a few.
-Neji's fast paced tai could help a lot both for offense and defense.
-Kidomaru and Shikamaru set up some nice traps and strategies.
-Rashomon couldn't hurt.
-Barriers are good.^
-Shino's bugs could help some.
-countless more abilities that could work effectively against a large group of people

I believe they could pull off a close defeat.

A clan with jounin and ANBU members vs a bunch of kids (most of whom are from clans that the older Uchiha have worked with on missions and know how to combat; remember, their job was to police all the other ninja) and a couple of teenaged mutants.... yeah.

The only realistic threat here is Kimimaro due to his sheer toughness.

The rest end up being bowled over by sheer numbers.

Naruto is a non-factor. Genjutsu was always his biggest weakness.

Shikamaru spamming Kagemane is just asking for an older, stronger Uchiha to copy it and spam it back at him and his friends.

Chouji dies before he can even think of popping the pills. The speed difference between him and an ANBU or jounin Uchiha would be mind-staggering.

Ino is worthless (big surprise). Her one jutsu is not meant for a huge melee fights like this.

Sakura is useless. She dies shortly after Naruto (a random Uchiha stabs him in the head while he's still in the genjutsu).

Kiba is worthless. His Two-Headed Wolf can do some damage, but only the fodder Uchiha are getting hit by that thing and it has a big set-up requirement, otherwise he's aiming blind and risking his own teamamtes. If he wastes any time trying to mark a lot of them with Dynamic Marking he's gonna get killed before he can begin the Two-Headed Wolf jutsu.

Shino is maybe killing one or two Uchihas (probably Chunin or Genin) before a jounin or ANBU takes him apart. Probably after all his bugs are burned to death by Katon jutsu.

Hinata isn't doing squat. She can maybe take out some Genin Uchiha and maybe a careless Chunin before she dies.

Neji can take out some Chunin Uchiha, and maybe a really careless jounin, before another jounin/ANBU Uchiha kills him (remember how all the jounin surrounded and grabbed him so easily during the prelims; any decent jounin are way faster than him).

Tenten is a non-issue. She maybe takes out any Genin and a careless Chunin or two. More likely she gets genjutsu'ed into attacking her own allies.

Lee, after taking out some Genin and Chunin who underestimated his speed, is a non-issue even is he goes five gates. He gets caught in a genjutsu and it's game over for him. Worse, he might be used against his teammates.

Tayuya is a genjutsu specialist... against a clan of Sharingan users. Yeah. She dies with the quickness. Her ogres aren't very fast and they certainly won't be able to protect her from multiple jounin and ANBU attacking from all sides.

Kidoumaru needs cover to set-up traps and snipe. He's not getting it in a huge melee like this since his side is so badly outnumbered. He gets killed though he'll do some decent damage before he goes down.

Jiroubu is all power and no speed. He gets killed easy.

Sakon and Ukon require close-range to be effective. Against multiple genjutsu/ninjutsu specialist they are quickly taken out after killing maybe one or two jounin/ANBU.

Kimimaro is the only real threat because of his toughness and speed. The remaining Uchiha eventually dogpile him assuming he even lives that long. He'll kill the most by far though.

Sheer numbers and experience give it to the Uchiha clan.

Which measn either Itachi killed them all in their sleep or he's a monster of epic proportions when he actually gets serious.

It was night time, yes... but it wasn't that late when Itachi started all of this. It was obviously started well before Sasuke was on his way back, even Itachi can't do it THAT quickly.
