Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't a Vizard a shinigami that has traveled into Hollow territory? And where are Aizen, Gin, and Tousen? Shouldn't this make then Vizards?

You don't just walk into Hueco Mundo and become a Vaizard.

Vaizard is a person that has a hollow form in them: Ichigo, and his little friends he trained with for a month.

What they mean by "a shinigami who travelled into the realm of the hollow" is a shinigami who turned into a hollow and thus became a vaizard.

There are two ways to do this,

1. Hougyouko (sp?)
2. Naturally, how Kurosaki did it. Pure strength of will?

walking into the realm of the hollow is just a figurative saying.

There's such a thing as "figure of speech".
A shinigami can become a Vaizard if he uses dark magics that turn them into a half hollow, placing a hollow of them inside their spiritual world. Ichigo had a hollow inside him in the shattered shaft, during his struggle to get his powers back. Urahara, probably intended to turn Ichigo into a vaizard, he maybe one himself and he may have helped turn the others into what they are now, notice Vaizard hideout is the same as Urahara's training dome.
Considering Hougkyoku can be a/the "dark magic" spoken of, it may well be how Urahara creates Vizards (perhaps he re-made one, a weaker version) or it may mean Aizen, Tousen and Gin are already Vaizards.
Note that Tousen was not strong enough to kill Kenpachi pre-betrayal (he could just cut Kenpachi's head off during the blind spot, instead of talking to him knowing Kenpachi can't hear him <-<) but he easily takes Grimmjow's hierro protected arm off in Las Noches.
Aizen is probably waiting for the Hougyoku to become "perfected" to use it on himself.
