Lets say, Sasuke got pwned by Itachi again and broke his humane side, who would Sasuke kill to get the MS?
Naruto?
Sakura?
or Kakashi?

I don't think he would kill anyone. But I voted for Naruto, and then everyone else. But I really hope that never happens. :cry
To play along with your hypothetical question, I chose Naruto because he is his best friend.

He did try to kill Naruto at the Valley of the End but Naruto was able to change his mind and Itachi said that for him to get that Sharingan...he would have to kill his best friend...and Sasuke said it was Naruto!
But who knows, I think he did broke his bond with Naruto at the moment....spending time with Orochimaru hardly encourages friendship and whatnot...but at least Sasuke is not totally corrupted by him....

Yeah, he said that he wouldn't act like his brother wanted him to. I don't think he will go back on his words, only if he goes mad, loses his mind or something like that.

Ah, thank you! Than it´s obvious, he won´t try to kill his former-/still- teammates and friends - voluntarily.
But maybe Madara/Tobi/Obito (?) :) has some deep designs with Sasuke and his MS, future will show...

In this scenario, his first choice would be Naruto. He tried it before, but wasn´t able to kill him. That implies Sasuke thinks of Naruto as some kind of best friend.

Well, if had to kill someone it would have to be Naruto to get the MS becasue that would be killing his best friend. However, if he had a choice it would be Sakura.

He kills himself because when his about to kill Naruto/Sakura/Kakashi, his brains will say "STOP" but rly he wants to kill everyone of them. But THEN his right arm moves and he shall do "Suicide no jutsu!" AND BOOM. Sasuke dies and everyone is happy.

even though I see you as becoming a future problem, I will agree on this, talk is very cheap when you have aprize so tempting as enemy number one.
Sasuke's going to get his Mangekyou in a plothole during his fight with Itachi. :oh Or...maybe he can kill someone from his team that wasn't really his best friend and not get the Mangekyou. That'll make him mad, though.
But seriously, his first choice would be Naruto.

he has attained part of it. i re-watched it and saw that he did gain a lesser form of the MS.
he has three tomoe instead of the normal two but can't do it to the extent that it combines like Itachi's

Well Naruto definitely means more to Sauske than Sakura does, and to get the MS, Sauske would probably go after Naruto. I'm not sure why Sauske would attack Kakashi, and I'm not sure he could kill him.

He cannot kill them, especially not Naruto.
He had two chances to kill him so far and didn't do it.
Killing Sakura would be pointless, she is not his closest person thus no MS would be achieved by killing her. Same goes for Kakashi.

Naruto seems like the only viable option to me. He did consider Naruto his best friend and if the way of getting Mangekyou is still the same, then no doubt Sasuke will be gunning for Naruto if he was hell bent on on trying to gain MS.

It would have to be Naruto, and I don't think he wants to kill Naruto anyway, he's had two chances already. He just wants to try and break off the bonds with Naruto.

I do not imagine him killing anyone to get the MS. One, Naruto, even though he says he wants to severe his bonds and all, I still believe somewhere under that silent mask is the lingering feeling of friendship. That he still gave a damn about Naruto despite it all. Because he cared so much for them he has to leave and put on that grand act of not caring, even deceiving himself into believing it. Since Naruto is his best friend, it would have had to have been him or nothing. But since Sasuke uses the excuse of not wanting to follow Itachi's path he certainly isn't going to suddenly turn around and kill his friend. His resolve is too strong for that.
