Well Train is certainly above Spike in strength and speed but Pierrot's shield is very impressive. Haha if that little cat that follows Train around makes an appearance then Pierrot goes batshit.

I'm going to say Train takes it with a Black Cat's Claws.

after rewatching this (http://youtube.com/watch?v=QJEJjxuGe9g) I'm inclined to say Pierrot wins this with little difficulty. He carries around what seems to be an mini-rpg and has that powerful shield which can take a giant explosion up close...and he flies(sort of).
