ONE Replicator is transported by a ROB aboard a random TNG era Galaxy Class ship near Earth. The Reps only have one purpose, to spread throughout the galaxy and increase their numbers. Can anyone in Trek stop them?
PS The Q and his ilk are not allowed in this debate.

Reps are immune to energy weapons, and guess what the Treks Factions use exclusively, yep you guessed it energy weapons. Massive rape.

It is possible that some exotic forms of ST weaponry (I am thinking in something that replicates the SG1 bug-zapper or a Breen energy dampening weapon) could slow them down, but if they get a decent foothold, then there is no stopping them without massive deus-ex-machina.
The Federation will survive a while, because the Replicators will almost certainly head ASAP towards the highest source of technology present in the galaxy (meaning the Borg) and take over there if at all possible. Thousands of Cubes is a lot of metal to eat through.
Do they get their knowledge of Asgard and other SG1 technology?

They'll have knowledge of any tech they've gained up to Season 8 of SG1.

The metal bugs rape horribly. massive tech and number advantage, and again they are immune to energy weapons. ST is fucked.

Meh, the Feds and everybody else restart Project Genesis and Dakaras the replicators to hell. 500 years later, they time-travel and blow the replicators to hell again, only with less casualties.

The key to the use of the Dakara weapon was getting all the Replicators at the same time or they would have adapted. And that's what the alliance/truce with Ba'al (who knew how to dial all the gates in the galaxy from Dakara) was about.
The Federation doesn't know how to make Iconian gateways, so they can't use this trick. Never mind the fact that Genesis technology hasn't been seen since the destruction of the original research. Either the Federation decided to ban it or they haven't managed to duplicate it.

Now, now. Genesis was abandoned because of political reasons. There's no reason to suggest that the Feds are incapable of redoing it a hundreds years later after the initial experiment. And with the resources of most of the known galaxy behind them seeing it is the best hope for everyone, it could happen again. They don't even need to recreate the whole thing, just the destructive aspects of the technology.
And as for hitting them all at once, well, all I can say is that good ole' PNJ comes into play, like it always does, in every Sci-fi I've ever watched, including both SG and ST.
