So if that pairing is not possible, i will go with NiaXSimon.
Mostly because of post-timeskip. The scene at the end of ep 15 where Simon lays his arm around her shoulder is sooo cute.

Note the bold. The word here is "Futago" (双子, "Twins"), not "Futari no Kodomo" (二人の子供, "two children").

BootaxYoko was very entertaining. And had he stayed in evolutionary form it would have been fun to see how it continued.
