Jason Bourne vs Solid Snake

Bourne is taking a civilian of great interest to himself to a train station, in order to get him to safety. Snake is trying to kill said civilian for whatever reason. Bourne has to get him to the train, without being detected by Snake, amongst the crowds and people. Assuming the civilian is totally cooperative towards Bourne, can Bourne make the civilian get to the train without being captured or killed by Snake.

Rules:

Snake won't kill Bourne
Snake will avoid killing anyone but the Civilian
Bourne won't kill Snake
They are both aware of the other's presence.

but Bourne will most likely force him to come in close especially if he is avoiding killing inocents, plus, bourne loves to routinely move in and come weaving between civilians so people have hard time getting shot on him.

Bourne is trying to direct the guy through a crowded train station, without being seen by snake. He's not just walking around.

Exactly how crowed is the train station. Overly crowded or moderately filled. Either way Bourne should be able to do it I don't remember Snake showing any spectacular tracking skills.
