Hmmm...the Primarchs were overpowered as fuck, but I don't think Sanguinus did anything particularly noteworthy, psyker-wise.

He can fly. So can Luke as well. I think psyker/psyhic wise, Luke is out of his league, Sanginius can't match. But physically...

In a physical combat Sanginius was able to defeat a Bloodthirster of Khorne, unarmed, wounded and after days of non-stop-combat...nuff said.

In psychic terms Luke outpowers him here, but it'll take more than a Jedi Mind Trick to take down the big man.

IF Luke plays it smart and uses The Force he can win.

Well Luke has Emerald Lightning, Electric Judgement, Force Speed, TK, physic powers (resisted an entire planet backed by Dark Jedi and an entire population's overmind), illusionary powers,and other powers.

So that may offset and counter Sanginius speed and physical power.
