Is Konoha able to defend herself from this masked menace?

sound ninjas solo? it could still travel through his electrical equipment where he talks though, and that means the sound in his ears might as well be 10X the normal amount dosu can use in 1 attack, that basically means his head explodes instantly.

Yes, but don't forget that the Third Hokage and Orochimaru are there as well. Orochimaru might be able to summon the first two hokages, if he wants to sacrifice Zaku and Kin. Otherwise Zaku and kin will fight too.

We have no proof that it was Deidara that took out Sanbi as we never saw the complete fight. Also the 1 tail blasted Gamabunta with a blast that took out a fair chunk of the forest and it hurt him. That's bigger than any bombs I've seen GG use

Who is included in Konoha exactly ? Regardless, since Kabuto is present he uses his "aoe sleep genjutsu" and goblin falls out of the sky.

Everyone during the first Chunin exams during the series. Yes that dies include both Kabuto and Orochimaru. Ninjas from other villages who are currently staying in Konoha (I.E: The sand ninjas Gaara, Konkuro, Temari and Baki), will fight and help defend Konoha as well.
That is, unless Norman Osborn decides to attack Konoha after the Sand and Sound ninjas strike.
