And chakra/chi doesn't equal life force if it was like that naruto would have died during his fight with neji.

Tylee can paralyze him and render him useless, Neji can cause internal damage and paralyze her. This is a toss in the air, whoever makes the first mistake is losing this fight.

Neji is one of the characters I more dislike from Naruto. And he still would rape Ty Lee easily.

He doesn't need tenketsu...or damage the internal organs. His taijutsu alone is so much ridiculously better than Ty Lee that he would rape her with normal punches and kicks.

he can either defend himself by constantly releasing chackra from his points
or he can reopen them when she closeses them

she however cant do shit
if neji hits her its over

plus, hinata has shown that you can still move and fight even with chakra points blocked.
Ty lee hoever, paralises arms and legs with movement (without releasing chi, just by touching nerve endings)
