I am not entirely certain about the strength component, supposing that we are talking about movie Blade, but Blade is considerably faster, appears to be more skilled and has much better gear. He is also pretty damn though. Blade wins big time 9/10.

Even if you use them film feats, look at the vamps chasing the train, or steve dophs movement at the end.

Blades faught and killed much tougher people than her.

Even if you limit it to melee only, blades skill with the Katana > anything buffy has shown.

It's called reconnaissance. I didn't in anyway suggest that he actually snipers her from all the way in England. Just that it's a given that she's up close when she does her mojo directly; a given with the series and further shown with the new season done by Dark Horse Comics.

But really, you're suggesting that Buffy has the help of other slayers and Willow. That's practically calling Buffy a punk in my book.
