I've got a story due tomorrow on:
School discipline -What works and what doesn't.
Now, I figured that this was a broad and generic enough topic that outside help could be given.
The article is an ED-OP (Editorial opinion) piece, which means it's largely opinions mounded upon intelligent observations and I have to report on what I believe to be good punishments and how school discipline should be carried out.
So far my ideas to report upon include, but are by no means limited to:
- Teachers maintaining a personal role in the student punishment process. Is a good or bad thing?
- The ineffectiveness of corporeal punishment (Any links to studies or such proving this point would be greatly appreciated by me).
Any help you can offer or more ideas on what I should report upon would be greatly appreciated. I'll try to compensate those who help me in my hour of need.
Edit: I've finished my project, no thanks to you jerks:mad
