Yeah, I prefer them a little mature.
I never really liked children characters in anime, I use to like those with "adult personality" (not perverted, just more relaxed than Naruto or Kiba (although I don´t dislike them)). That´s why I prefer Shika and Neji from the boys and Temari and Tenten from the girls.
I love ninjas of Konoha, including Iruka, Izumo and Kotetsu (those two have an "I don´t know what in them" :P)
