Tie?wolverine nor vamp have shown the ability to die but I dont see wolverine hitting vamp either.

No it wont and I dont think vamp is strong enough to snap his neck.

If Vamp wants to get his arms cut off he can try to drown Logan I guess.

Drowning has been said to be a way to kill him. He specifically stated it in one fight against Tiger Shark in the 80s, but he has had a huge upgrade to his regen since then. Back in the 90's the adamantium being ripped out was exactly the amount of damage he could take without dying, any more and he would. Now, he was able to be completely incinerated and ok which is a lot worse than drowning. Also, he mentioned that the only way to kill him was the sword he decapitated Sabertooth was. However, most recently he got his stomach exploded and his consciousness hasn't returned.

So... it is your guess as to if it will work, that is assuming he can do it without getting his arms cut off.
