you dont get it... they both have the same powers and garaa knows everything that croc knows about the power.He knows how to contol it just as good as croc if not even better.

also at this point i am pretty damn sure garaa would have better sand control then croc for the fact that he lived with it all his life.The sand acts on it own and not only that his DF power would incress his sand powers.

He can make ever single sand base attack that croc know plus his own.

no he doesnt have 5 years to think up a way to beat him..He just a time skiped to 5 years.But he learned how to fully master his powers just like crocs..But even more so since he has his natural sand control powers.So it would amp his sand powers higher then croc.
