Coran Horn can't use use the force to move objects 99% of the time. In exchange for that he's really good at absorbing energy weither it be from a blaster, or a boiling hot gyser water, and even an lightsaber blade once (although it was only the tip and only for a second and it still hurt him).

Basically its Coran's ability to fight with a Lightsaber (which is pretty good) vs. whatever Yusuke can throw at him.
