Isn't Palpatine a planet destroyer?

Explain your reasoning. And its no Palpatine vs the Primarchs, its Palpatine vs a Primach, Magnus.

Yes and all of his other feats from the novels and comics apply as well.

Palpatine is not a planet destroyer, period. His Force Storms never have shown the firepower required to destroy a world, although with a protracted use (hours, days...) they could cause severe atmospheric and surface damage. He also owns a large collection of technological planet-killers, but that's besides the point.

Darksiders have always required the use of artifacts for planet-destroying purposes (such as Darth Rivan and his Darkstaff) with two possible exceptions: Darth Nihilus (which was probably connected with his being a Force Wound) and Rokur Gepta (who created something called "green death" that seems to be some kind of exceedingly deadly poison). Palpatine might have tried to learn the later, but he almost certainly didn't before Lando Calrissian killed Gepta in the ThonBoka nebula.

Your insane. A hyperspace wormhole that transcends the speed of light, dwarfed a fleet of hundreds of capital ships and made the Eclipse look tiny and stretched from one end of the galaxy to another is more then enough to shatter a planet to nothing.

I don't think Papatine can make a Force Storm of sufficient size that can engulf a planet. Plus a planet is far bigger than hundreds of capital ships.

No. It bloody isn't. The Eclipse is twenty kilometers long and it was bigger than the mouth of the Force Storm summoned against the Rebel Fleet orbiting Pinnacle Moon, the largest one seen in Dark Empire. It took the Force Storm some time to swallow the Eclipse, long enough for Luke and Leia to leave the ship and board some of the Rebel ships in time to see the destruction of the last few parts.

Considering that a planet is tens of thousands of kilometers wide, shattering it would take a bloody long time with the observed power levels of the Force Storm. Hours or even whole days. Supposing that Palpatine actually has enough power to keep them running that long, that might or might not be the case.
