Feats of Ultra Sonic :
Ultra Sonic's abilities far surpass Super Sonic's abilities. He can manipulate the elements. He is also substantially faster than his previous incarnation (Super Sonic). Ultra Sonic can transform into various elemental forms based on his environment, such as Solar Sonic, Eco Sonic, and Polar Sonic. And in this stage his abilities bring him closer to those wielded by Chaos Knuckles.

Feats of Chaos Knuckles : He possessed various types of Chaos powers. These included Chaos Blasts, teleportation, time and space traveling, healing ability, mind control, and reality manipulation.

He uses the far stronger master emeralds to transform i think its normal to assume he would be more powerfull like ssj1 and ssj2 of Goku for example.

He and Hyper Tails beated Ixis who was a omnipotent if he was in his zone.

I tought they won 0_o. Do you remember the issue number so i can read it again? But i still think its a inpressive feat since he also absorbed lots of rings if im not wrong.

Thats like saying just because an omnipotent in Marvel isn't omnipotent in Naruto, they aren't omnipotent <_<. Each Zone in Sonic has completely different laws of physics. Each Zone contains several universes.
