Both have dodged gunfire easily.
Both have shown pretty good agility. Who is superior is speculation. if you disagree, I suggest you go replay MGS 1-3. Actually, just go replay them anyway.:amuse

Both are extremly intelligence, tactially speaking I mean.
Both are insanely good close combat fighters. Batman gets the edge here though.
Both have acess to gadgets that can take out superior opponents, and have taken down uber opponents.
Both have taken damage that would and should kill human beings;
Batman with his prep, and mighty jobber aura... and Snake on the Fly with the help of the gamer.
Stamina... errr lets just say even, because I dont't want to even attempt to determine whose superior.

However, I say, Snake would win because he is the equivalent of Batman using guns, instead of grappelers and fancy smancy exploding thingamanjigs. :P
