Sasuke was supposed to die from Deidara's suicidal explosion, from disobeying Orochimaru even if he WAS sick, and maybe even surviving the Curse Seal.

Harry as generally anyone who's an Uchiha has PNJ at their beck and call.

Harry could never defeat Voldemort without heaps of PNJ upon the Death Eaters and the big man himself.

Lol also through the fact he has Karma on his side. If he left malfoy to die, Narssisa would probably have ratted him out.

saucegay, harry had benefit of leverage(Think like Sparrow, mate), saucegay only has "these eyes!!", you can be fast, but you can't beat these eyes, and you can be strong, but you can't beat "these eyes" and you can rop a megaton funkyass bomb that obliterates everything escept "these eyes!!"

I think Harry Potter has the advantage in PNJ and PIS. The last part of book seven was built form pure PNJ. The twin cores were plain ridiculous.

I was about to say Sasuke until I read the OP. Now I think that Harry Potter wins easily. Especially from the stuff that happened in the 7th book.

No, I did not read the OP. Seriously though, Potter has way more plot devices to save his ass. This went on throughout all seven books.

The Sharingan IS a literal DEM in Sasuke's eyes.

Nothing can kill him because the Sharingan will create some new never disclosed ability that makes no sense whatsoever that will be able to instantly counter even the most skilled of oppenents.

Plus Harry never said, " I'm more special than you." :notrust

Harry - the last book was rampant with PIS (and the just plain inexplicable). I still liked it, though. :)
