JLU Superman was able to fling Darkiac (Darkseid fused with Brainiacs remains) around when he cut loose so I don't see why he couldn't do the same until Ryu-ho and Kazuma are incapacitated.

Ryuho and Kazuma are FTL, supposedly. JLU Superman is not.
Kazuma hits him so hard with massive angriness that he sends him to the other side....:nod :nod

fixed...
those guys are supposedly light speed, and even if they are faster, they'd better stick to projectiles(for a tie unless they have nuke level attacks) otherwise, Superman will eventually get a hold of them.
edit:
its possible that JLU Superman maybe ftl. the Green Lanterns were easily able to fly from OA to Earth in just a few minutes. And Superman is only eclipsed, slightly, in speed by the Flash and A.M.A.Z.O.
They have more than nuke level attacks. A collision between the two of them above the stratosphere was quite huge, country busting level.
JLU superman just means animted version, and just what he's shown in the anime(without taking into account comic book versions) so they could take it.

That being said supes rapes thisCare to expand. The animated versions of Supes are as weak as hell. What makes this one any different?

hrm did you miss the huge ass explosion above the stratosphere in their final fight? It covered a fairly decent section of the earth, albeit the earth was not in full view.

Weren't the manga and the anime created by the same person? (Yōsuke Kuroda) Just because the manga came out after doesn't necessarily mean it's non-canon. It would appear that he simply made to different versions of S-cry-ed so it is hard for me to distinguish which one is canon. The anime or the manga. Because it's usually the manga that's considered canon.

This is the kind of situation where the anime is canon from coming out first. This is also the case with Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo. The anime of these series were created first and definitely have a lot more story than their later manga counterparts.

It's usually the orginal(that is, the one that came first) that is considered canon. But in a case like this it isn't really set in stone unless the author says something.
