Hard to say then. Quite a lot of ninjas in Konoha.

The only powers applicable here would be her strength, durability, time slow, and interdimensional portals.

Best she could do is teleport several ninjas to another worlds, time slow here and there, and punch every ninja in the head while the time stop is in effect.

Kunais and other such weapons are ineffective against her. Several jutsus too, I reckon.

However, the mortal shell of Fred would eventually give way, sooner or later. If it did, the resulting explosion of Illyria's powers would destroy not only Konoha itself but probably the other shinobi countries.
