Bold the name of the person you know is the winner and leave a commentary.
Commentary is now mandatory. Any vote without a commentary will be ignored. Commentary do not need to be life stories, but they do need to be done.
If you can't think of a winner, mainly because you don't know enough of the person, you can wait till the owners of the team provide info and feats, and/or their argument, before you supply yours.
This brings us to the team owners. They can cast a vote also, but if they do so, they need to bring firm reason as to why they think so. Unlike normal voters, they are subject to biased voting.
With that said, no bribing the members. If you're caught doing so, your team is automatically out.

Is suppose now I actually have to explain what my characters do given their incredible obscurity.


1. The Quiz, Villian from the brotherhood of dada. Has any power that you haven't thought of but she has. Thinking of a power removes it from her abilty to make it happen. Demonstrated powers include but are of course no limited to turning someone into a toilet with flowers in it.

Major weakness is massive germaphobia.

2. The Captain. Generic flying brick from Nextwave. Has all the generic powers that any Superman knock off gets. Sort of... Special vision, generic super strength, generic super durabilty, generic super flight.

3. Unkei, can use his alter to script your life. Part mind control part plot rail roading.

4. Angstrom levy: has the power to open portals into a thousand alternate dimensions. Fights invincible a superman pastiche. Has decent super strength and durabilty and is a mad genius.

5. Dio Brando... Nuff said.

The quiz can just turn the air into glass and then dematerialize sasuke. You can't beat the quiz by attempting to out fight her because then you aren't thinking of powers that she can use to defeat you.


Angstom Levy can react in time to stop invincible who can fly from the earth to the moon in 5 seconds. Can travel Trans continental in minutes who is capable of unaided interstellar travel in reasonably short order.

Long story short while angstrom isn't that fast he can react to that. No way on earth he can't open a portal to shield himself.

Oh and Dio Brando would be able to see the bombs. Anyone with enough mojo can see the bombs. And few people in JJBA have more mojo. You might as well say that his stand is invisible. At which point a single diamond shattering punch and its over.

As for Dio, if you read that fight, Kurama could see the bombs once he got his upgrade. And dio is very very very fast. Or at least his stand is. Jotaro's slower star platinum could catch a bullet in a few centimeters of it leaving the barrel.

Hiei in the Saint Beasts arc could cut somebody 16 times in a second. Kurama most likely make that Hiei look like a turtle. So Kurama is not a slouch in the speed department either. Karasu far surpasses that Kurama in speed. I still think Karasu can tag Dio. All it takes is one touch.

This all comes down to speed. how fast would one be if he makes 16 slashes a second? if u multiply by about 2- 3 times u should get karasu's speed.see if thier roughly the same speed than karasu has an advantage as can see karasu throwing is his bombs dio blocking them only to look up and have a hand over his face and the rest is history. also isnt general tao way faster than the roshi and krillin who did the rock paper scissors match

Let's see, 16 initial hits in a second would require at least a reaction time of 0.0625 seconds or 62.5 milliseconds. That would result in a reaction speed of 16 m/s, which amounts to 57.6 km/h at minimum. For a human, that's extemely impressive reaction.

This of course doesn't take into account the speed of any moves aside from reaction, such as punches or sending the invisible bombs.

Anyway, if Dio's stand moves at 300 mph, I don't really see Karasu doing anything...

The stand moves at 300 miles per hour. Not 300 km/h. Miles per hour. That puts it at 480 km/h. No idea if that's a correct statement. I'm just picking it up.

The only one I can really comment on. Even though Karasu has great movement speed, Dio has regen, can shoot metal liquid from his eyes, and The World is both really strong and fast. Quite honestly, I don't see Karasu taking many hits from The World before he gets KOd. Karasu's only chance is to attack from afar, but I think he is too cocky to play that game. He'll try to close in an finish it quickly but he will die as a result.

Oh and Dio's stand moves at 300 Km/h not miles.

So he'd be significantly faster than that unless you want to argue that Hiei attacked him before he can launch his attacks and/or Seiryuu's statements aren't to be taken literally.

Honestly if there was a purpose to the debate I would, but competitive work is different than debating for fun. I have no real incentive to overhype Dio Brando and wage war with Canon statements (though using the feats that have been shown I guess I could) as I already have enough wins to advance to the next round. Dio is already completely neutered as a serious threat when the tournament magically went from mach 1 to 5 and timestopping is now reality warping.

Not eactly sure what you're referring to. Though feats and manga statements don't always go hand hand, but as far as I know no numeric figure was shown for Yu Yu Hakusho feats (save for about two points later on in the manga).

In the case of the World's reaction speed, the stated speed for Crazy Diamond was a minimum movement speed, and blocking bullets isn't inconsistent with manga. As later on Yoshihiro even commented on hearing before that bullets do nothing to Josuke's stand, after he used his own stand to shoot Crazy Diamond at point blank ranged only for it to be blocked.

I totally forgot to mention that about Sieryu. So if he could throw 100 punches in a second which would = 360 km/h. How fast do u have to be to hit that person with 16 times before he reacts? Is it somewhere in the 500's. Does this mean that Hiei reaction speed is 420 km/h? I think so. So that would increase his speed even more. So that means Karasu's reaction speed is in the very least in the 500'skm/h since a much stronger Kurama who could follow Hiei movements couldnt even follow Karasu's. Also +reps to Planet Uchiha. Totally forgot to mention that.:wink

It strikes me as PIS such as when Nami reacted to Califa Soru when previously she has no showings of speed or reaction time to suggest that she has even the slightest chance of doing so. The same thing happened with Angstrom Levy. The plot called for it

To keollyn, I remember it being proposed and rejected for the simple reason that most of the players had already chosen their teams. As for time stopping, especially when it is a limited, narrowly constructed power with built in parameters in a highly grounded manga its not the same as the ability to just say.... psionically reconstruct matter without limit.... which is a much more open ended and broken power. Like many in this tournament.

As for Afro, Angstom Levy is an opponent of a basically No PIS superman. His ultimate problem is that he forgets this and then fails to realize that he is not strong enough or tough enough to stop from being beaten to bloody death. But you know what. Its a NO PIS SUPERMAN, in terms of speed. Invincible is regularly shown to be one of the fastest beings on his planet. Angstrom isn't as strong, isn't as fast, isn't as tough but he still manages to use his portals to react to a fighter capable of a significant fraction of light speed.
