King of Hell Spawn vs Asmodeus(D&D)

Sorry if this is a curbstomp for one side, but I'm just curious on how this would turn out. Battle is in a neutral universe where they can perform their powers to thier fullest extent.

Asmodeus from http://www.dicefreaks.com/phpBB2/ Which has a free supplement called "Gates of Hell" version of Asmodeus could likely beat Spawn based on his infinite knowledge, experience and God-like power. Although his power is greatly increased by being within the Nine Layers of Hell, as long as they can each use their full power I don't think it will mater.

Asmodeus once brushed off seven of the other eight devil lords without breaking a sweat and exiled the only devil lord that supported him. He has access to nearly unlimited magical power and many powerful magical artifacts, including his powerful Ruby Staff.

Asmodeus also doesn't have any weaknesses. He probably doesn't have the raw strength of Spawn but he can hide for long enough to figure out Spawns weaknesses such as his weaknesses to holy weapons and getting his head cut off.

While I could see potential ways for Spawn to overcome Asmodeus and win, Within the Nine Hells, Spawn would be raped so bad, Malebogia will feel it.

his planning is TOO perfect.

i remember he planned like 500 years ahead and each and every step went to his planning.

a better and much more fair match up would be asmodeus vs demogorgon.
