I'll keep the rules and regulations simple.


Bold the name of the person you know is the winner and leave a commentary.
Commentary is now mandatory. Any vote without a commentary will be ignored. Commentary do not need to be life stories, but they do need to be done.
If you can't think of a winner, mainly because you don't know enough of the person, you can wait till the owners of the team provide info and feats, and/or their argument, before you supply yours.
This brings us to the team owners. They can cast a vote also, but if they do so, they need to bring firm reason as to why they think so. Unlike normal voters, they are subject to biased voting.
With that said, no bribing the members. If you're caught doing so, your team is automatically out.

Blue vs Ikki

Well at that time Ikki was faster and stronger than any other Bronze Saint that at least would put him above the sound speed. At that time he had his Phoenix GenMaKen and I think this technique is enough to defeat Blue.

Hisoka is way faster than Hyomu most likely Hyomou would die before knowing what happened.

Blue vs Ikki

As Ikki didn't receive any power up until his fight against Shaka, his speed is probably above Mach 5, the limit for the average Silver Saints. He is also strong enough that it took the four Bronze saint and the Sagittarius Gold cloth to stop him. Blue's not gonna win.

About Rohan, he can also control you by making you look at his drawings, which he can draw faster than Josuke (my other JJBA character) can punch (which happens to be at least 300 km/h)

Blue vs Ikki

I like both characters, in fact Ikki is my favourite character of these two but nothing can stop blue. Blue was able to jump from a moving airplane that was miles above the ground like it was nothing, even Seiya who was at that time stronger than Ikki had problems and almost died when he felt of a cliff, for blue´s resistant body that was a piece of cake.

Yes, in terms of physical strength blue has the advantage, Ikki is just a normal human with a great armor and a good mental attack. All in the end all blue has to do to win is use his psychic powers to stop Ikki´s movements.

Saziel vs Ball

Depends on where are they fighting. And if Saziel has prep time and knows Ball, but judging from the lastest chapter of bleach, Saziel can make clones of whoever he is fighting and use them against the enemy, that is the reason Saziel wins, Ball´s magnetic attacks will be countered by his own clones magnetic attacks.

Kagero vs Rohan

If Rohan is a man then he loses. I don’t know who he is, but you can’t resist one of the hottest cartoon characters ever. Kagero cannot lose to mans, her ability is to kill them.

Hyomou vs Hisoka

Hyomou is blind and can sense all Hisoka´s attacks, that’s how he fights. And once he knows where the enemy is he opens his eyes and its certain death. His ability is as broken as Genouseke´s. for now I would say this can go both ways but the only thing Hyomou has to do to win is open is eyes, while to win Hisoka will have to try his hardest.


Jubei vs Jisuke

I don’t know who Jisuke is, but Jubei eats demons for breakfast, so Jisuke better have some powers or else he is gonna be cut in two.

All Hyouma has to do is open up his eyes to make it impossible to attack him without Hisoka killing himself.

But if CIS is on, voters should take note that, unlike Gennosuke, Hyouma hesitates to use his eyes, which is how he died in the Basilisk manga in the first place.

Hisoka wins due to Hyouma's hesitation.

From what I remember the reason Koshiro was able to kill him was because he too was blind. And Hyoma´s doujutsu won’t work on blind people. I think Hyoma died because he thought he was fighting someone with sight, when he opened his eyes he let his guard down and was killed as a result. But I’m not 100% sure.

No, he died because he didn't activate his eyes until after Koushirou already shot off his whistle air bullet.

Also, when the Kouga were being spied upon and attacked by the hair guy(forgot his name), Hyouma actually asked for permission to use his doujutsu.

He hesitates to use his doujutsu for unknown reasons.

Ikki is faster and has far better techniques. Seiya was never stronger than Ikki. It took plot and the power of friendship to defeat Ikki when he was evil. Even at the end of the manga, it's debatable as Hypnos or Thanatos (can't remember which one) said that Ikki was the strongest out of the 5. As for the normal human thing, that hardly matters when they're fighting, as Cosmos is a big powerup. Blue gets speedblitzed or mindraped or all round destroyed.

There is no prep time iirc. I don't know what Szayel can do otherwise, I dropped Bleach.

Rohan is a wierdo. He only likes people compatible with his own wavelengths. (Whatever that means). He won't be easily seduced.
