I would go with Jack Hammer. Even withouthis appearance in the second Baki manga series, I would have to pick him. This is a guy that defeated an undefeated Olympic wrestling giant that earlier beat an anaconda, crushed a martial arts aikido type master with the ability to send one's attacks right back into their faces, and reach a certain point of "purification" that makes it so that his capabilities are further increased. Beast has his agility, above average strength, and experience but Jack is one hard as nails bad ass. Anime Jack wins this other a long bout fraught with blood and injuries.The Jack that clearly has diamond hard skin to the point of a spear not doing jack to him, slicing off of the sharp metal part of that spear with ease, and chewing a huge nail into a lump form takes this. That still without me seeing how strong he currently is now since I haven't read Son of Ogre nor have I reached past Volume 21 of Baki: Search of Our Strongest Hero.
