I'll keep the rules and regulations simple.


Bold the name of the person you know is the winner and leave a commentary.
Commentary is now mandatory. Any vote without a commentary will be ignored. Commentary do not need to be life stories, but they do need to be done.
If you can't think of a winner, mainly because you don't know enough of the person, you can wait till the owners of the team provide info and feats, and/or their argument, before you supply yours.
This brings us to the team owners. They can cast a vote also, but if they do so, they need to bring firm reason as to why they think so. Unlike normal voters, they are subject to biased voting.
With that said, no bribing the members. If you're caught doing so, your team is automatically out.

Stand: Killer Queen

Killer Queen is a humanoid Stand with fox-skull emblems on its shoulders, waist, and knees, and a vaguely cat-like head. Killer Queen's abilities mostly involve explosions.Its ability is to charge objects and persons with explovsive energy. When someone touches it, the energy will be conducted into it, creating an internal explosion(this explovsion is strong enough to tear a human into bits). On occasion, he will charge an object not to conduct explosive energy, but simply to explode when he finds the time to be right. He also has a secondary bomb called Sheer Heart Attack, normally contained within Killer Queen's left hand. It is a completely autonomous bomb with unlimited range, looking like a tank-treaded ball with a fox-skull face. Its method is to seek out whatever the warmest thing in the vicinity is, then induce an explosion there. Also, Sheer Heart Attack is totally indestructible. Killer Queen is also quite strong and fast, able to easlily punch through a persons stomach without the person reacting at all(it attacks at 300 km/h)

The Captain

The Captain possesses immense superhuman ability(able to kick Alucard’s head clean of his shoulders), even while in human form. This includes superhuman senses, strength (surpassing even Anderson's]), speed, reflexes, agility, dexterity, coordination, balance, and endurance. His iron-like flesh can withstand Walter's wires (which can easily slice solid steel), even as they are tightened around his bare neck. He seems to be able to fall great distances without sustaining any damage.The Captain has some regenerative ability, as he quickly regenerated his mutilated hand in The Dawn. In addition to his natural abilities, the Captain possesses two modified Mauser C96s with incredibly long barrels, and a combat knife that he has not used yet. The Captain is a werewolf and posses all of the abilites of one, in his werewolf all of his basic abilites increase a tenfold.

Risotto Nero

Stand: Metallica

Metallica appears in the form of hundreds of tiny bodies, each resembling a small metal strip with vestigial arms, one or two scars, and featureless faces. Metallica is normally bound to Nero's blood, from which it can project magnetic auras. These auras allow Nero to reshape blood into any form by manipulation of the iron in hemoglobin. More specifically, he can manifest such sharp and deadly objects as razor blades, nails, and scissors directly inside his foe and manipulate his own blood to create iron stitchings for any wounds he receives. One of Metallica's most dangerous qualities is that even if its target isn't killed by being slashed and pierced by the created objects, the immense iron deficit created in the victim's blood will probably be fatal in and of itself.

Wraith

He possesses an unidentified polymorphic weapon which can take on a variety of forms, including a gun, a whip, and a small blade, as well as apparently possessing the ability to deactivate/disarm other weaponry. He also demonstrated a mysterious ability to travel through the air from rooftop to rooftop of buildings, though what he was doing or how was not revealed. Due to the Exolon parasites that infect and maintain his body, he possesses enhanced speed, strength and agility, as well as an ability to heal himself from even the most egregious of wounds. He also does not age. By summoning swarms of Exolon, he can manifest what appears to be darkness; because the Exolon feed on souls, swarms of it appear--at least to the Phalanx--as the exposed soul of a living being. Due to the nature of the Nameless and their rituals of inflicting pain on themselves, he also has an unnaturally high tolerance for pain, not screaming or making any other negative reactions to it.

Absalom

Absalom’s main ability is to make everything he touch or is in contact with invisible, he uses this ability to fool his foes and to create havoc. He carries around two bazooka’s(both invisible due to his ability) with great destructive power(capable of mowing down trees and setting fiery explosions) Absalom has various body parts of animals implanted in his body, these animal parts include a lion's jaw, the thick skin of an elephant and the condensed muscles of various bears and gorillas. Absalom weighs over 300 kg and its commented that if a normal human being was to kick or hit him, all of their bones in their body would be crushed.

Kira's "Another One Bites the Dust" attack counts as temporal manipulation and isn't allowed. His bombs aren't powerful enough to damage carbonadium, and Omega Red has a Wolverine-level healing factor. Add in the unblockable death spores, and he should be able to take this.

Invisibility doesn't help against a guy with more targeting sensors than God. Add in hypersonic reflexes, supersonic combat and flight speeds, and an arsenal that outmatches all of Konoha (okay, bad comparison), and Iron Man wins.

Is Deadman perma-intangible? Because that was specifically against the rules.

Intangability is against the rules? What if it is a special intangability(Kity Pride can be hit with objects as dense as her, and she gets migraines from phasing through dense adamantium like objects

If you can't get hit, at all, you are violating a rule. This is why I asked if it is "permanent" intangibility. People who can turn it on and off (like Kitty Pryde) are allowed though.
