The fight takes place on a crowded NY street. There are innocent bystanders present in cars and on foot. Derzerb is a Hyper Zoanoid. He's the pinnacle of the Chronos' organizations zoaforming (genetic engineering) technology. His design focuses solely on maximizing strength. As a result, Derzerb can lift up to 24 tons and shrug off blows from the Guyer who can lift 40 tons. This member of the Hyper Zoanoid Team 5 can also run up to 100mph. Finally, he can breath fire at 3900 degree Celsius and radiate heat out of his body severe enough to cause any flammables nearby to burst into flames. If he's too much for normal suit Spidey, then Peter gets the suit Stark gave him.

Well, Spidey is class 25 so his punches would be shrugged off by Derzerb(going by the "shrugs of attacks from a guy that lifts 40 tons" part)... Dunno bout the guys agility though, is he capable of landing a punch of Spidey?

Are you sure Spidey lifts 25 tons? Marveldatabase says that he lifts 15 on average and 20 under optimal conditions. Yes, I would say Derzerb is agile enough to tag Spiderman. He could catch Guyver 1's punch and hit him back. G1 is three times faster than Derzerb and his senses are so accute that they rival Spidersense.

Well, the top running speed for both of them is 100mph. Spidey is clearly more agile than Derzerb, but the latter is an expert in HTH combat. Hyper Zoanoid candidates need to go through extremely brutal training before they are even considered for processing.

Yea, But just like you said Derzerb is agile enough to tag Spiderman, in the manga Derzerb also caught Guyver 3's punch & Derzerb's skin/armor is an impact buffer agent.

I really don't see how spiderman can win heck with all the poeple around 2.

Even if Derzerb could not tag spiderman, he could just keep Vomitting a flame of 3900 & if Spiderman gets close enough Derzerb would just heat up his body.

I also included them because Peter would probably fight at his very peak if Derzerb roasted some innocents. Do any of you guys know if Spidey's suit from Tony would be able to resist 3900C flames? It's the temperature that steel starts to evaporate at.

He is class 25, that is for all people who can lift from 10 up to 25 tons.

With this new info on Derz and the fact that Spidey will inevitably want to save as many people as he can, Spidey looses this one IMO.

Ahh, thanks for the information. Marvel's strength rating can be somewhat confusing at times. I'll change the fight to a covered and vacant stadium like they use in the NBA. Spidey gets his armor from Tony.
