If the Spider-team is allowed to plan before they attack and if we assume they'll actually work as a team (Spidey, Venom, and Carnage on the same team?), they'll win with little effort.

If they don't get to plan but they work as a team I would say Konoha would manage to survive, but the majority of the city/people will be killed/destroyed (mostly from Carnage).

If they don't work as a team then they most of them are out of the fight before any ninja even realize something's going on.

Spidey has fought Hulk, therefor any strength Gai can muster with the gates aint gonna matter. However that combined with the emmense speed is a drastically differant story. I think the same can be said for alot of these characters. The spidey family has alot of experience under their belts, and alot of power, but they are used to fighting people with a specific ability. I seriously think that they wouldn't see the more dangerous ninja tatics until to late, posion, etc.

If they are allowed prep and decent teamwork, Pete and Ben's scientific genius can come up with some nasty stuff.

No prep, but decent teamwork, I'd say the ninjas take it after massive casualties.

No prep, and no teamwork means they still do damage, but get isolated and ganged up on.

Some of the Konha ninja can actually solo some of the Spidey guys.

Problem is, Spidey's enenies usually have one big gimmick going for them, or (for the more versatile ones) a power set that Spidey is familiar with (Venom and Carnage always did best against Spidey when they didn't attack him directly and instead used their powers in sneakier ways). The ninja are going to be throwing all sorts of crazy crap at him, and their genjutsu is nothing like Mysterio's cheap special effects.

Mysterio's cheap special effects were powerful enough to fool even the Spider-sense. I wouldn't knock them off right away.

Plus, current Mysterio is undead and apparently won't die to damage.

Well there are three Mysterios, one is 'undead', one is a semi-mutant with a broken ability but he doesn't use properly because he's too angry and the third is just gimmicks.
