I'm going to say Kharn the Betrayer will win because he's in the Warhammer 40k universe.

And with my reputation, you ****ing know that when I say that the Naruto team looses, its gonna be one hell of a rapestomp.

That wouldn't matter at all given the massive power difference between the Narutoverse and WH40Kverse.

^ He was justified. In his Universe, that amounts to the same thing as being a traitor.

Anyway, I don't know alot about either of them. I've always found the durability power armor is giving in 40k to be a bit ridiculous though. For a machine, it sure doesn't seem to ever break down or need replacement parts. Armor gets broken even while doing it's job.

Kharn does more than that. He pulls their spines from their asses and uses them as straws for his Haterade.
