No one can. He fucks them over with his ludicrous TK, lightsaber, and the infamous Force Storm. Lifestream then gets tainted and FF7 slowly becomes like Byss. Palpatine then becomes into what Sephiroth has wet dreams about.

Well, he doesn't want to rain down destruction and kill the planet. Also they couldn't touch him if he was in the SD. So I guess he steps on the Planet itself.

Palpatine destroys. I dunno how he stacks up physically compare to AC feats of speed and strength but it really doesn't matter, his TK, ability to mind fuck peopel and force lightning could do the job on the lot of them at once.

Your forgetting the fact that he can literally rip apart the fabric of space and time itself with his rage and open FTL wormholes that can destroy planets.

I'm not forgetting, he just doesn't need them. Like I said, his TK, mental powers and force lighting would probably be more than enough and if it's not he's still got a lightsaber and precog abilities to fall back on.
