I"m not totally sure about all of these guys abilities or weapons so to make it fair lets say they can only use Handguns,Automatics,and Small explosives(ex.Grenades).
no lasers,Plasma guns or the like.
The battle ground is a random temple in which none of the four are familiar with the layout of the building.
it's a battle to the death, no mercy.

Duke guns down Francis, rips Bond open and takes a crap in the wimpy ███'s insides and uses miss Croft for his entertainment until he gets tired of her.
Bond calls someone, a nuke comes down. The end.
Lara Croft fails in all areas of entertainment, I can beleive you even put Bond in this, so it comes down to nuke and punisher and Nuke wins.

In a slug fest, Duke Nukem wins. The others have their merits, and can hold their own, I suppose, but are ill suited to open warfare the way Nukem will bring.
