Add in Tayuya's speed superiority and I really don't see Toph taking this unless the setup is completely to her advantage (has info on Tayuya, takes place in a quarry/cave, gets a surprise attack). Even then I think Tayuya would take this match more often than not.

No see you have it all wrong. Genjutsu works in the OBD. There is no arguing with it. If you dont count genjutsu you cant count bending. So Tayuya would just walk up to Toph and stab her in the face.

As much as i love Toph, she does not stand a chance against Tayuya. Flute Genjutsu will take her out. Flute summons will take her out. If Tayuya jumps, Toph will not be able to sense her. Tayuya rapestomps Toph.
