Every Baki character is at his strongest and bloodlusted, and everyone's all out of character so they are as cooperative as needed. Yujiro Hanma is made the leader, given all the info on Kenshiro's abilities, and gets 3 days preptime. They can have any weapons available on 20XX, and can start with an ambush.

If you feel they still don't have a chance, then Kenshiro has his fingers glued together so he can neither hit pressure points nor make a fist.

No, I'm not kidding.

So, how hurt were the characters after surviving the nuke? Admittedly, I've only read the first 2 volumes of HnK, but in the NOLAN arc Kenshiro gets hurt by Mad Sarge's needle knives and the Colonel's spear and boomerang. So, he either gets a powerup, only has that kind of durability against thermal damage, or is written inconsistently as hell.
