Who wins? Fat Japanese men(occasionally muscular) against Americans who have nice-looking muscles?
We are assuming in this fight that its a professional Sumo Wrestler against a geniune American Wrestler. So The Rock or any other entertainment-big-names are out of this fight.

Victory counts as ko, submission, or even death, but obviously no gouging of eyes, biting, cheap shots, penis attacking or any technique counted as "cheap" or "unfair".

if Asian fighting is soo superior then why isn't MLA and UFC dominated by eastern combat styles? Honestly, watch less anime and stop trying to channel your chi like every other wannabe chinese/japanase/korean, who is really some white boy is chicago and pick up some boxing gloves and learn some wrestling, and stop trying to learn to fight from anime/martial arts magazines. Now back to the subject at hand, since I can't really think of any pure wrestlers I can't really further this discussion. Sumo is a good art so I don't expect the wrestler to own any sumo wrestlers in grapling out right.

WWE wrestlers have a better chance.

Quite a few WWE wrestlers have "real" wrestling experience so I don't see the point in saying they don't qualify. I do find it hard seeing smaller wrestlers trying to grapple sumos though because of the massive weight difference.

Do you want just the Olympic class ones or do you want college level ones as well.

Kurt Angle (Olympic Gold Medalist) after joining the WWE can defeat a sumo wrestler that is not an Ozeki or Yokozuna. Brock Lesnar, NCAA Amature Champion out of the University of Minnesota, has a good chance at defeating the current Yokozuna due to his speed, strength and amature wrestling techniques.
All one has to do is push the sumo out of the ring, fell them to the ground or remove their mawashi.
