Random personal arsenal with anti-everything sprays
Self-made tech capable of stopping everything from Mr. Freeze to Zoom to White Martians to the Anti-Monitor

Technically Batman can't do shit to Ichigo, him being an invisible spirit and all.
Give Batman the ability to see him and it still makes no difference because what can Batman possibly cook up to take out a speedblitzing, crater blasting spirit? He can touch him, shoot him, bomb him and nothing can harm him but another spirit weapon.
Even if Batman topped himself, became a Shinigami and got trained by Urahara inside those two hours he still can't take Ichigo.

I'm guessing two hours of prep-time along with however long it takes to unlock Batman's Zanpakto and getting him to find his Bankai.

Even assuming near equal spirit levels (Which would also denote similar speeds, etc, since speed and Spiritual power are linked to an extent), Batman would lose. Sure, he's better in hand-to-hand due to his experience, but the problem comes down to the fact that Batman wouldn't use his Zanpakto to it's fullest. Batman is very leery of magic; just read the most recent Outsiders: Five of a Kind special. He understands its usefulness, but the reason he didn't ask Marvel to be on the team is because he's too magical. He'd rely on conventional fighting rather than using his Spiritual powers, which would hinder him against Ichigo, who is able to access a lot of his potential, even if he still has problems.

So Batman to NEVER win, because he'll plan more for a conventional fight than a magical one.
