The rumor about the Mafia manga is OLD and he probably gave that idea up years ago.

People really exaggerate and create false rumors. NOTHING at all has been said about Kishimoto wanting to rush or end Naruto.

Hell, the closest thing to that was him saying that the series isn't suposed to be super-long. Go figure.
