They are all pretty good. I applaud the work. I gotta say though, the chibi Asuma and Shikamaru one is kawaii.

EEeyyaaa, it is really nice to see an Asuma fanart contest.
I do like the expression of the first one and the outfit looks pretty good, shoulders might be a bit too square, the nose does bug me a the slightest bit though.
The second one is much much too adorable, ahhhh, the added form of a yawning Shikamaru just makes me melt.
Third is beautiful, love how he looks quite happy and the strokes of the hair are beautiful. The trail of smoke is such a lovely touch as well.
And the last one, the colors, like woah, love. I really really like the texture over the colors as well. I think what bugs me is that his right hand should have the pinky outward, not the thumb.

Yakushi Kabuto: I was kinda confused about the thumb pinky comment but I think I see what you mean now.The thumb is actually behind the other fingers (or is supposed to be), but I can see how it might look like it's in front.
