Just got back from Otakon. They had a One Piece Panel and Premiere there. Sadly, the premiere was canceled at the last second while I was in line.
For 2 hours, it was pretty much a Q&A. There was a lot of news, as well as a lot they refused to answer. Colleen Clinkenbeard (Luffy) and Brina Palencia (Chopper) as well as two others were at the panel. They refused to answer any voice actors outside the straw hat crew.
I think the most important news I heard is that they are currently working on getting the rights to movie 8. They also are getting help directly from Oda on who to use for voices, and Japan has to approve voice actors. In the dub that airs on TV, Sanji will still not smoke, sadly. They are sticking to continuity from 4Kids on TV. That doesn't mean everything is staying the same though. No more accents, at least. Also, they have done about 5 episodes so far. Brina doesn't know what Rumble Ball is either.
I also have sound clips of how Colleen doing Luffy and Brina doing Chopper. If anyone has any specific questions, ask away. I'll answer if it was answered at the panel.
[EDIT] Also, someone asked them if they were doing One Piece Unlimited Adventure for the Wii. At first, one guy said no. But then someone else went over to him and started whispering. After a bit, she turned to the audience and said "Shhhh" or something.
