Ok...to be serious and not spam. Sasuke could survive quite a bit with his low-level summons we've seen him accomplish (they'd make a great barrier to force techniques). But there's no way Sasuke could trade blows for long against any Jedi let alone Windu.

By unlimited stamina, I assume you mean unlimited Chakra, which in fact is a lot more than just that. If so, Sasuke well and truly destroy's Mace, since he can use his most powerful jutsu over and over again without limit, and summon an army of Giant Snakes

Mace may be stronger than Sasuke (I would'nt compare his strength to Tsunade's; not because he's neccesarily weaker but because I don't think we've seen her upper-limits yet), but the speed difference is a lot smaller, esp. now that Sasuke seems to have learned to flash-step post-skip,
and has the Sharingan to allow Sasuke to see every one of the Jedi Masters moves before they come close to connecting. And without TK, Windu is forced to rely primarily on close combat attacks like his strength or his Lightsaber, both of which Sasuke can render moot with a barrage of mid-to-long range attacks, backed up by his unlimited chakra supply.

If you really did just mean stamina, then it's harder. Sasuke can still win, but obviously it will be much more difficult, and Windu could certinly walk away with Sasuke's head.

Not even a fair fight for Windu from the beginning. I don't think Windu has shown any super human like strength that matches the narutoverse. The Star Wars verse is more similar to Berserker in the strength and speed category. With the force powers and light sabers allowing them to match the narutoverse as far as raw power is concerned (being able to lift a ship with your MIND!!!!!). Give Windu all the abilities he has shown in the movie/novels. Even then Sasuke's sharingan, summons, chakra sword, manipulation of lightning and not to forget fire would prove more then enough for Windu with all his powers. Windu has raw power afforded to him by the force, super relexes (able to deflect LASERS), and a master swordsman(light saber duelist). With that in mind comparing the feats, windu might lose, those droids are made of tin foil even by starwars standards since the are meant to overwhelm their enemies with superior numbers rather then being of high quality as far as armor and combat ability is concerned. The druids are more folder because they are made to be spamed and mass produced to gain a numbers advantage. In comparison Sasuke defeated singled handly without killing a single one over a hundred ninjas. While those shinobis are probably no better then folder, the fact that he killed not one is a bit impressive. He also defeated deidra who has a broken skill like c4 (I'm not going to mention oro). Sasuke wins...with either a leg or an arm missing.

You forget FORCE PRECOGNITION, which rapes the Sharingan so easily it makes Jeffery Dahmer look nice. There's also TELEKINESIS, which means Windu could just throw Sasuke a mile away into something sharp.

I would think droids would have to be somewhat more durable than the average human to present a threat to anything in the Star Wars universe, escpeically a main protagonist. The fact that some can take blaster fire for quite some time seems to speak leagues about their durability.

On the Narutoverse side you have people who are still able to be damaged by kunai, and other archaic weapons.

Not only do you contradict yourself, your sources and canon fact, but you somehow make up shit to go along with it. Super Battle Droids have interlaced bronziumum armor that while not as effective as Droidekas, are pretty fucking durable that shit on normal steel.
