The only transformers who were frozen were Megatron who crash landed into the coldest region of Earth on accident and Bumblebee, and only because he let the humans do it, 'cause the Autobots didn't want to kill anyone. Obviously if they were out to kill, they would've done so and nobody could've done shit, especially not with fire extinguishers.

I know that bumble bee let himselfe be caught I saw the movie, but that aside water benders can freeze the water they use instantly, whats to stop them from getting water in thier leg joint. freezing it and causing it to shatter/break off via water bending? Also for any deceptacon that cant fly the earthbenders would be trouble.

Megatron was already frozen to begin with when they found him. Plus, they were using liquid nitrogen to keep him frozen, not fire extinguishers. Look at what happens when Frenzy turns off the Cryo tanks. The temperature is in the negative 30s, Celsius. You can't reach that temp with just a bunch of fire extinguishers.
