Crypto has all of his mental powers, weapons, and vehicles from previous and future games. He doesn't have infinite ammo for items like the Disintegrator Ray or Ion Detonators, but his opponents will randomly drop ammo. He is against every human (excluding cosmics (i.e. Mr. T, Chuck Norris), mutants (i.e. X-Men), and people who believed they were human until finding out that it isn't true (i.e. Superman, Goku)) in a city the size of Toronto. A human will spawn after one is defeated. 'Human' includes characters like Mario, Luffy, Naruto, Master Chief, etc., who are humans that have special powers but aren't genetically different at birth.

Crypto's weapons:

First Game
Zap-O-Matic: This emits a blue electricity bolt at the enemy for a period of time, yet it wears down the battery. Upgrades allow for 'Chain Lightning' in which a single bolt can jump from one target to the other.
Anal Probe: Shoots a green jelly-like ball with a green trail into the anus of the victim. A single shot will cause certain people to run into the hills grabbing their bottoms (this does not happen all the time; for this to happen, you may have to shoot the target several times). Shooting a fully charged anal probe will cause the target to run clutching their anus for a short time, but the sheer impact of such a strong probe will cause the target's head to explode, giving you the maximum amount of DNA possible from the target.
Disintegrator Ray: Fires a fire-like orange bolt at the enemy, disintegrating them instantly. Once this has been fired, and the target has been disintegrated, a brain stem (or DNA) can not be extracted as the brain has been destroyed. The Disintegrator Ray can also be used to blow up vehicles.
Ion Detonator: The most destructive hand-held weapon.(Quantum Deconstructor is most destructive.) This weapon launches a grenade into the air; the range of the weapon is determined by the length of time the "fire" button is depressed. On the second pull of the trigger, the grenade detonates, "ionising" anything in its blast radius (including Crypto, if he's too close).

Second Game
Dislocator: Sends a disk of energy at the target causing them/it to be hurled in random directions. Often the object will fly in the direction of Crypto, forcing him to dodge it. Only a certain number of disks can be flying at one time (this number can be increased with upgrades, and maxes out at 4) the Dislocator, unlike other weapons, regenerates its own ammunition. Each disk ends its run by flying up into the air and dropping the subject. The more disks you attatch to heavy objects (like tanks, cars, and blisk) the higher and easier they fly through the air.
Meteor Strike: Allows Crypto to call down a meteor to destroy the target. It is best used against buildings. When upgraded, it is able to call down multiple meteors and even a small planetoid. This is one of the most powerful weapons in the game but can (and will, unless you escape fast) kill Crypto if he is caught in its blast radius.
Gastro: This gun drops Gastro, the mothership's former janitor and cook. He had downloaded himself into a holo-pod during the ship's destruction and obtained a plasma gun that shoots ion shots, which he uses to attack nearby enemies and draw their fire. After upgraded with his "Anti-Everything Launcher," the explosion will cause damage to everything, including friendly characters.
Burrow Beast: Lobs out a lure causing an underground alien worm to chase and devour the target(s) that are near the lure. The lure can also be moved psychokinetically or transmogrified (which yields huge amonts of ammo for other weapons in the game). It is not effective against buildings, bosses or vehicles.

Path of the Furon
Black Hole: creates a miniature black hole
Venus Human Trap: summons a human-eating plant

Weapons in Crypto's vehicles:

Saucer
Death Ray: This shoots a red beam at the target, incinerating it. This is somewhat similar to the Heat-Ray used by the Martian tripods from The War of the Worlds.
Abducto Beam: When activated, the saucer picks up anything from humans to tanks with a yellow beam of light. (Target must be in light for a short time so moving humans are harder to catch) The player then has the opportunity to move or throw the object around the environment, but you can cause them to slam into various obstacles for a hilarious effect. Also works as an actual tractor beam in the second game.
Sonic Boom: Fires a blue concentrated ball of sound at the target, damaging everything in the blast radius. Failing that, this weapon blasts anything not nailed down in different directions.
Quantum Deconstructor: The most lethal of all Furon weaponry. This launches a bomb at the target, triggering a green radioactive explosion, obliterating everything in its radius. Equivalent to a very small nuclear bomb.
Cloak: Makes the ship invisible, but makes you unable to use weapons to save power. Its power drains continuously but recharges over time.
Drain: Drains energy from vehicles to replenish the saucer's shields. Vehicles can be destroyed if energy is completely drained from them.
Anti-Gravity Field: Creates a miniature black hole where vehicles and humans are sucked in, destroying anything inside.
Seeking Drones: launches small drones to defend the saucer
Tornadotron creates a tornado to cause havoc on the ground below.

Big Willy Mech (a large robot that looks like the "Big Boy" mascot)
Eye Lasers: Black and green lasers are launched from the eyes of the robot.

Nothing else is known about the robot at the time.

Crypto's mental powers:

First Game
Psychokinesis: allows Crypto to move any target through the air, and throw them as he wishes. The player has to purchase upgrades if they want the ability to pick up cars, tanks and robots. Lifting the object eats up concentration, and the heavier the object the faster it runs out (so picking up a person will slowly use it up, but lifting a car or a tank will use it up a lot faster). Throwing an object uses a set amount of concentration, and if Crypto only has half, for example, of the required amount, then the object will only travel half the possible distance. Later in the game an upgrade allows Crypto to have another bar of concentration.
Cortex Scan: reading the minds of a human, or even an animal.
Hypno Beam: grants Crypto the ability to implant commands into a human or animal, similar to hypnosis. The basic commands are:
Distraction: causes the target to sing and dance, distracting nearby humans and quickly reducing the alert meter.
Sleep: forces the target to sleep. Necessary in one mission only.
Brain Extract: This ability extracts DNA from the target. The stronger the target (for instance Majestic agents) the longer it takes, and so the more concentration it uses. This refers to whether or not the target is alive or not. If the target has been killed(by Zap-o-matic, PK, or fire from a tank) then his DNA amount will be approximately half of what you could have got if the target was alive.
HoloBob: The Furons can imitate the appearance of any nearby human. This allows a Furon to travel amongst humans unnoticed, or in take the appearance of a public figure to send out a message to humans. The HoloBob requires psy energy, or Concentration in the game, which can be continually replenished by reading the thoughts of unknowing humans nearby. This disguise is not without flaw, as the Majestic have the uncanny ability to see through and destroy the disguise.

Second Game
Body Snatch: Allows Crypto to take over the body of another person. Once in a body, Crypto's energy bar will be replaced with that of the current host, which steadily decreases. When it reaches 0, Crypto is expelled and the host is killed. If Crypto expels himself early, the person will still be alive (albeit, with less health), and if they are an enemy character, they may attack. Body snatching becomes required to enter certain areas restricted to certain player types (eg: a player needing to snatch a Secret Agent in order to sneak past other Secret Agents on an assassination mission.)
Free Love: Causes everyone within a certain radius to start partying, forcing people to forget that they saw Crypto for the duration of the power, or for Crypto to body snatch without being detected.
Mind Flash: This allows Crypto to stun every human in the area for a short duration of time, and resets the Alert Meter. This weapon needs DNA (brains) to recharge, which can be collected by using Extract or the Anal Probe.
Follow: Causes civilian characters to follow Crypto.
Protect: Causes armed characters to follow and protect Crypto.
Transmogrify: Destroys vehicles or objects by crushing them and converting them into ammo. This can also be used in the Saucer to get Anti-Gravity Field, Sonic Boom Cannon, or Quantum Deconstructor ammo.

Path of the Furon
Temporal Fist: Crypto can stop time, move objects or people, and start time again.

Can Crypto do it, or will the humans destroy him? For the purposes of this fight, Crypto is not sexually attracted to every woman he sees. All weapons and abilities are upgraded to their maximum potential.
