All he have to is using his needle hair jutsu.. with this jutsu Hidan cant even get his blood. And another great jutsu is to summer the frog stomach and make Hidan stuck inside the stomach until he cant make any moves.

And then Rasengan Hidan to the death. All of this could be done within 30 secs.
